Joseph the vizier and would initiate all the people of Egypt including the sons of Jacob into a corvee system of civil bondage except the priests. Eventually a Pharaoh who did not know Joseph may this system rigorous.
Comments
* Exodus 1:5 "And all the souls that came out of the loins[1] of Jacob were seventy souls: for Joseph was in Egypt [already]." Loins or thighs?[2]
In Egypt the people could eat of the flesh pots of the Pharaoh.[3] Since the Egyptians were vegetarians, this reference to flesh pots[4] had nothing to do with their diet. This was a metaphor describing a social welfare system of the pharaoh as a benefactor who could exercise authority and it included the governmental structure of corvée and corban which God opposed.[5]
The sons of Jacob had become entangled in Egypt and God said to never return there again.[6] Because they had chosen to throw their brother Joseph into a pit of slavery, they did not have their own provisions and rations when famine came.
Psalms 105:16 "Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread. 17 He sent a man before them, [even] Joseph, [who] was sold for a servant: 18 Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron: 19 Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him. 20 The king sent and loosed him; [even] the ruler of the people, and let him go free. 21 He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance: 22 To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom. 23 Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham(hot). 24 And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies."
V1 "that which shall befall you(sons of Israel) in the last days."
V2 Gather sons of Jacob; and hearken unto Israel your father.
3 Reuben as "Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel;" פַּ֤חַז כַּמַּ֙יִם֙ kammayim paḥaz "Uncontrolled as the waters"[7]
What are the instruments( or vessels of)[8] of cruelty (ḥāmās violence associated with 02556 חָמֵץ‎ chamets to be leavened and 02557 חָמֵץ‎ chametz, the thing leavened.)[9] [are in] their habitations.(מְכֵרֹתֵיהֶֽם׃ məḵêrōṯêhem)[10] which can mean swords or weapons but includes extra letters of TavYodHeyMem.
Concerning Simeon and Levi he 7 "Cursed[11] their anger, for it was fierce; and their wrath, for it was cruel[12] : I will divide[13] them in Jacob, and scatter[14] them in Israel.
[15]
12 "His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk." Milk is the metaphor for the milk of human kindness but to much milk is not good like boiling a kid in its mothers milk.
Gad will not only eventually learn that we are to love our neighbor but talks about his hate for Joseph and how Judah sold him.[16]
We are told to seek the kingdom of God and the righteousness of God and avoid the "evils and devilish poison".[17]

He even mentions the importance of the being buried in the grave with our fathers which is the allegory of dying according to those ways of righteousness if we are to rest in peace.[18]

Questions
Jesus said we should not be like the governments of the world of the Gentiles who call themselves Benefactor but who Exercises authority[19] one over the other. But the tempt the people with power over their neighbor like the sons of Jacob.
Accepting that ring of power from a Benefactor who Exercises authority[19] over your neighbor by establishing a One purse system of Corban for your Welfare is a Covetous Practice that makes you and your soul Merchandise and curses your children. Accepting the Benefits is like Biting one another and will lead you to becoming Workers of Iniquity even though you may think or even say you believe in Christ.
How can you talk about envy, socialism or the atheistic communism etc. without using the word "covet"?[20]
The problem with modern Christianity is they do the opposite of what Christ, the doctrine of Jesus, and the pure religion of Christ was and is all about. They say Lord Lord[21] but do not do what he says. We were not be like the governments of the gentiles who depended on men who call themselves "benefactors" but exercise authority[19] one over the other. You really cannot be a true Christian while "biting"[22] your neighbor financially through the teeth of the civil government to obtain benefits at the expense of our neighbor within the masses. That is not loving your neighbor. That is a covetous practice which Paul says is Idolatry.[23] It is also a system of welfare that is a snare and a trap according to Paul and David.[24] And according to Peter will make you "merchandise" or "human resources"[25] and "curse children".

Jacob calls His Sons

1 And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days.

Learn to be Israel

2 Gather yourselves together, and hear, ye sons of Jacob; and hearken unto Israel your father.

Reuben

3 Reuben, thou art my firstborn, my might, and the beginning of my strength, the excellency of dignity, and the excellency of power:

4 Unstable as water, thou shalt not excel; because thou wentest up to thy father's bed; then defiledst thou it: he went up to my couch.

Simeon

5 Simeon and Levi [are] brethren; instruments[8] of cruelty (ḥāmās)[9] [are in] their habitations.(מְכֵרֹתֵיהֶֽם׃ məḵêrōṯêhem)[10]

6 O my soul, come not thou into their secret[26]; unto their assembly, mine honour, be not thou united: for in their anger they slew a man, and in their selfwill they digged down a wall.

7 Cursed[11] their anger, for it was fierce; and their wrath, for it was cruel: I will divide[13] them in Jacob, and scatter[14] them in Israel.

Judah

8 Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall bow down before thee.

9 Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?

10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

11 Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes:

12 His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.

Zebulun

13 Zebulun shall dwell at the haven of the sea; and he shall be for an haven of ships; and his border shall be unto Zidon.

Issachar

14 Issachar is a strong ass couching down between two burdens:

15 And he saw that rest was good, and the land that it was pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute.

Dan

16 Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel.

17 Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward.

18 I have waited for thy salvation, O LORD.

Gad

19 Gad, a troop shall overcome him: but he shall overcome at the last.

Asher

20 Out of Asher his bread shall be fat, and he shall yield royal dainties.

Naphtali

21 Naphtali is a hind let loose: he giveth goodly words.

Joseph blessing prevailed

22 Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall:

23 The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:

24 But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)

25 Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:

26 The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.

Benjamin

27 Benjamin shall ravin as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil.

Jacob's Death and Burial

28 All these are the twelve tribes of Israel: and this is it that their father spake unto them, and blessed them; every one according to his blessing he blessed them.

29 And he charged them, and said unto them, I am to be gathered unto my people: bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Ephron the Hittite,

30 In the cave that is in the field of Machpelah, which is before Mamre, in the land of Canaan, which Abraham bought with the field of Ephron the Hittite for a possession of a buryingplace.

31 There they buried Abraham and Sarah his wife; there they buried Isaac and Rebekah his wife; and there I buried Leah.

32 The purchase of the field and of the cave that is therein was from the children of Heth.[27]

33 And when Jacob had made an end of commanding his sons, he gathered up his feet into the bed, and yielded up the ghost, and was gathered unto his people.

  16. Chapter 1:8 And regarding this matter I was wroth with Joseph until the day that he was sold. 9 And the spirit of hatred was in me, and I wished not either to hear of Joseph with the ears, or see him with the eyes, because he rebuked us to our faces saying that we were eating of the flock without Judah. 10 For whatsoever things he told our father, he believed him. 11 I confess now my gin, my children, that oftentimes I wished to kill him, because I hated him from my heart. 12 Moreover, I hated him yet more for his dreams; and I wished to lick 1 him out of the land of the living, even as an ox licketh up the grass of the field. 13 And Judah sold him secretly to the Ishmaelites. 14 Thus the God of our fathers delivered him from our hands, that we should not work great lawlessness in Israel.
  17. Chapter 1:15 And now, my children, hearken to the words of truth to work righteousness, and all the law of the Most High, and go not astray through the spirit of hatred, for it is evil in all the doings of men. 16 Whatsoever a man doeth the hater abominateth him: and though a man worketh the law of the Lord, he praiseth him not; though a man feareth the Lord, and taketh pleasure in that which is righteous, he loveth him not. 17 He dispraiseth the truth, he envieth him that prospereth, he welcometh evil-speaking, he loveth arrogance, for hatred blindeth his soul; as I also then looked on Joseph. 18 Beware, therefore, my children of hatred, for it worketh lawlessness even against the Lord Himself. 19 For it will not hear the words of His commandments concerning the loving of one's--neighbour, and it sinneth against God. 20 For if a brother stumble, it delighteth immediately to proclaim it to all men, and is urgent that he should be judged for it, and be punished and be put to death. 21 And if it be a servant it stirreth him up against his master, and with every affliction it deviseth against him, if possibly he can be put to death. 22 For hatred worketh with envy also against them that prosper: so long as it heareth of or seeth their success it always languisheth. 23 For as love would quicken even the dead, and would call back them that are condemned to die, so hatred would slay the living, and those that had sinned venially it would not suffer to live. 24 For the spirit of hatred worketh together with Satan, through hastiness of spirits, in all things to men's death; but the spirit of love worketh together with the law of God in long-suffering unto the salvation of men. 25 Hatred, therefore, is evil, for it constantly mateth with lying, speaking against the truth; and it maketh small things to be great, and causeth the light to be darkness, and calleth the sweet bitter, and teacheth slander, and kindleth wrath, and stirreth up war, and violence and all covetousness; it filleth the heart with evils and devilish poison. 26 These things, therefore, I say to you from experience, my children, that ye may drive forth hatred, which is of the devil, and cleave to the love of God. 27 Righteousness casteth out hatred, humility destroyeth envy.
  18. Chapter 2:19 And when he had rested for a little while, he said again; My children, obey your father, and bury me near to my fathers. 20 And he drew up his feet, and fell asleep in peace. 21 And after five years they carried him up to Hebron, and laid him with his fathers."

Mark 7:20 "And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. 21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, 22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: 23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man."
Luke 12:15 "And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth."
Luke 16:14 "And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him. 15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God."
Luke 21:34 "And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and [so] that day come upon you unawares. 35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth."
Matthew 19:17 "And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments."
John 14:15 "If ye love me, keep my commandments."
John 14:21 "He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him."
John 15:10 "If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love."
  21. Doers and not doers
Matthew 7:21 "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. 24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. 26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:"
Matthew 25:11 "Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us." See Foolish virgins and Workers of iniquity.
Luke 6:46 "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? 47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: 48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. 49 But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great."
Luke 13:25 "When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:" See Workers of iniquity.
John 3:19 "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God." See Born again.
John 9:31 "Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth."
  22. Bite not

The ultimate bondage is to hate your neighbor through the error of Balaam because we fail to forgive which is the consuming fire of Exodus 33 and the Raca of Matthew 5 that brings the judgement and wrath of God.
  23. Covetousness is idolatry

1 Timothy 6:9 "But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and [into] many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
  25. Covet not

1 Corinthians 5:10 "Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat."
