Double Reish
Double Reish
The letter Reish ר suggest a Process of Clarification which may include that process on two levels or realms if it appears as a double Reish as we have seen with other double letters. It also suggest the "head" or "beginning" or highest of something or some status. It may include the true revelation of Life. Numerically its value would be 200.
The Ayin+Double Reish is found in the Hebrew word arar (עָרַר)[1] To strip bare.
The words spelled with a Shin+double Reish suggests the cause and effect or spirit and truth clarifying the truth of something or higher status or greater power of choice.
We see the word curse[2] with Ayin+double Reish first in Genesis 3 when God says the serpent[3] is cursed above all living creatures[4] because he plotted and tempted to get Adam and Eve to disobey God.[5]
There is also another word that is translated curse from the Hebrew root qalal[6] seen in Genesis 8:21[7] The word curse here is KufLamedLamed (קלל) with a Double Lamed rather than AlefReishReish of the word arar[2] with its double Reish .
Numbers 16:13 [Is it] a small thing that thou hast brought us up out of a land that floweth with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, except thou make[8] thyself altogether[8] a prince[8] over us?
- Proverbs 8:16 By me princes rule[8], and nobles, [even] all the judges of the earth.
- Isaiah 32:1 Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule[8] in judgment.
The same letters of Shin+Double Reish that is seen as rule or reign is also seen as enemy.[9]
- Psalms 5:8 Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies[9]; make thy way straight before my face.
- Psalms 27:11 Teach me thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies[9].
- Psalms 54:5 He shall reward evil unto mine enemies[9]: cut them off in thy truth.
- Psalms 56:2 Mine enemies[9] would daily swallow [me] up: for [they be] many that fight against me, O thou most High.
- Psalms 59:10 The God of my mercy shall prevent me: God shall let me see [my desire] upon mine enemies[9].
And seen also represents a physical "navel"[10] in the Song of Solomon 7:2 Thy navel[11] [is like] a round goblet, [which] wanteth not liquor: thy belly [is like] an heap of wheat set about with lilies.
Psalms 25:18-19, there is double Aleph and the double Reish connecting David’s looking up to God with God looking down suggesting that mutual acknowledgment or relationship.
There is a word containing a double Reish parar(פָרַר)[12] that is said to mean to break, frustrate, make none effect. If the double reish has to do with Process of Clarification on two levels or realms, then that breaking is about violating a precept of God in spirit and truth.
The words parar meaning make to none effect and perek[13] meaning "harshness, severity, cruelty" can be said to form the bases of the Hebrew word in the Old Testament for vail which is poreketh( פֹרֶכֶת ) PeiReishKafTav.[14] (See vail
In Genesis 28 we see And he went toward Haran. Haran is from the word from charar (khaw-rar’) a primitive root a d verb meaning burn, dry, or kindle nu bered 02787 and spelled חָרַר ChetDouble Reish suggesting one who is burned or parched "in spirit and truth".
Since, the Chet represents "The Life Force" and contains the "Dynamic nature of - cause and effect".
