Genesis 27

Neither Abraham nor Isaac were to return to Egypt but merely dwell in the land. They and we were to never "... cause the people to return to Egypt... forasmuch as the LORD hath said unto you, Ye shall henceforth return no more that way." Deuteronomy 17:16
This is the message of the prophets.
Melchisedec, Abraham, Isaac and eventually Jacob would learn what it meant to be Israel, but his sons would need to go into bondage for 400 years.

Abraham and his descendants beginning with Isaac come down from Noah.
Who blessed Abraham is important to know.
Who was this priest and king and why is his blessing important?
Isaac would be also blessed and Jacob.
What were they doing different than Nimrod, Bera

Abimelech, and the cities of blood.
Who was this Melchisedec?
Hebrews 7 present some evidence that grant a homogenetic perspective in relation to the gospel.
What was the meaning of this blessing?
Why is this important to the gospel? Was Jesus also priest and King according to the homo-logy of this blessing? [1]

Isaac's eyes were diming as he got old.
He wanted to pass down this blessing that came from God the creator to that son who he thought was the rightful heir. He asks him to hunt a deer and bring him the meat to eat.
In verse 29 of Genesis 27 there is an untranslated word, wattištaḥū (וישתחו VavYodShinTavChetVav).
Some say this unique word וַיִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּ wattištaḥū is from the root word shachah ShinChetHey[2], translated bow or worship in other chapters of Genesis.[3]. There is a Shin and a Chet in shachah but with the other letters there is certainly a deeper meaning.

Verse 29:
Let people serve (וְיִשְׁתַּחוּ כ) thee and nations bow down(וְיִֽשְׁתַּחֲו֤וּ ק) to thee be lord over thy brethren and let thy mother's sons bow down(וְיִֽשְׁתַּחֲו֤וּ) to thee cursed be every one that curseth thee and blessed be he that blesseth thee
Westminster Leningrad Codex
Some scholars say the root is the verb חוה ChetVavHey[4] said to mean tell or "make known". But 02331 as the verb shew does not appear until Job 15:17 referring to God showing man if he will see. Man often does not see because he "drinks iniquity like water".[5] That water is not the water of Beersheba or the water you get from the wells of Abraham,Isaac, nor Christ. It is the water you often get from the tables of the Fathers of the earth, from the Abimelechs of the world. It is the Corban of Herod and the Pharisees, Nimrod and Abimelech, of Pharaoh and FDR and his New Deal of Mystery Babylon which people cannot see because they drink of the wells of iniquity.

Barnes' Notes on the Bible state that:
: "Let peoples serve thee" - pre-eminence among the nations. "Be lord of thy brethren" - pre-eminence among his kindred. Isaac does not seem to have grasped the full meaning of the prediction, "The older shall serve the younger." Third, Prosperity, temporal and spiritual."
Jesus expresses these same precepts.[6]
Questions
Why is the word ya‘abdūkā (יַֽעַבְד֣וּךָ) only found in this one verse and translated "Let the people serve" from abad[7] spelled YodAyinBeitDelatVavKuf (יַֽעַבְד֣וּךָ) ya‘abdūkā ?
If abad means "keep in bondage" what does ya‘abdūkā mean?
There is a difference between "Let the people serve" and "Make the people serve" as the rulers do today.[8]
What is the significance of the word וַיִּשְׁתַּ֥חוּ wat·tiš·ta·ḥū and וְיִֽשְׁתַּחֲו֤וּ way·yiš·ta·ḥă·wū?
Are they about faith since we see the Tav added?
Ayn Rand sees herself "primarily the creator of a new code of morality which has so far been believed impossible. Namely, a morality not based on faith, not on arbitrary whim, not on emotion, not on arbitrary edicts, mystical or social, but on reason."[9]

Of course, for that "reason" and to be ”Right Reason it must be the product of the true objective reality and not subject to the bias and prejudice opinions of men.

This new morality "can be proved by means of logic" and which can be demonstrated to be true and necessary by words, and the fruits of cause and effect but only truly believed when accepted in our very souls.

Her "morality is based on man’s life as a standard of value. And she goes so far as to say "That his highest moral purpose is the achievement of his own happiness."

Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are listed as some of those endowed natural rights past down from generation to generation originating from the beginning of our primordial creation and are not subject to parliaments or kings.
Ayn Rand:

"Nobody has ever given a reason why men should be their brother’s keepers, and you’ve had every example, and you see the examples around you, of men perishing by the attempt to be their brother’s keepers."
Mike Wallace:
"You have no faith in anything."

Ayn Rand:

"Faith….no... I have no faith at all. I only hold convictions."

Here we see Ayn is confused about the meaning of words like conviction and faith and ideology. This is because the labels of the religious that divided the Gospel of Christ into ideologies calling them religion.
True faith is a conviction.
True or Pure Religion is that voluntarism without the exercising authority of the State.[8]
And the true Gospel of the kingdom is actually not about "blind faith"[10] but the Logic of Christ which is the Logos of Christ.[11]

Isaac asks

[1] And it came to pass, that when Isaac was old, and his eyes were dim, so that he could not see, he called Esau his eldest son, and said unto him, My son: and he said unto him, Behold, here am I.

2 And he said, Behold now, I am old, I know not the day of my death:

3 Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison;

4 And make me savoury meat (מַטְעַמִּ֜ים)[12], such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die.

Rebekah hears

5 And Rebekah heard when Isaac spake to Esau his son. And Esau went to the field to hunt for venison, and to bring it.

6 And Rebekah spake unto Jacob her son, saying, Behold, I heard thy father speak unto Esau thy brother, saying,

7 Bring me venison, and make me savoury meat(מַטְעַמִּ֜ים)[12], that I may eat, and bless thee before the LORD before my death.

8 Now therefore, my son, obey my voice according to that which I command thee.

9 Go now to the flock, and fetch me from thence two good kids of the goats; and I will make them savoury meat(מַטְעַמִּ֜ים)[12] for thy father, such as he loveth:

10 And thou shalt bring it to thy father, that he may eat, and that he may bless thee before his death.

Jacob responds

11 And Jacob said to Rebekah his mother, Behold, Esau my brother is a hairy man, and I am a smooth man:

12 My father peradventure will feel me, and I shall seem to him as a deceiver[13]; and I shall bring a curse upon me, and not a blessing.

Rebekah covers

13 And his mother said unto him, Upon me be thy curse, my son: only obey my voice, and go fetch me them.

14 And he went, and fetched, and brought them to his mother: and his mother made savoury meat(מַטְעַמִּ֜ים)[12], such as his father loved.

15 And Rebekah took goodly raiment of her eldest son Esau, which were with her in the house, and put them upon Jacob her younger son:

16 And she put the skins of the kids of the goats upon his hands, and upon the smooth of his neck:

17 And she gave the savoury meat(מַטְעַמִּ֜ים)[12] and the bread, which she had prepared, into the hand of her son Jacob.

Jacob comes to his father

18 And he came unto his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I; who art thou, my son?

19 And Jacob said unto his father, I am Esau thy firstborn; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me.

20 And Isaac said unto his son, How is it that thou hast found it so quickly, my son? And he said, Because the LORD thy God brought it to me.

Isaac doubts

21 And Isaac said unto Jacob, Come near, I pray thee, that I may feel thee, my son, whether thou be my very son Esau or not.

22 And Jacob went near unto Isaac his father; and he felt him, and said, The voice is Jacob's voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau.

23 And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau's hands: so he blessed him.

24 And he said, Art thou my very son Esau? And he said, I am.

Isaac eats and drinks

25 And he said, Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son's venison, that my soul may bless thee. And he brought it near to him, and he did eat: and he brought him wine, and he drank.

26 And his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son.

The Blessing

27 And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed:

28 Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:

29 Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.

Esau comes

30 And it came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting.

31 And he also had made savoury meat(מַטְעַמִּ֜ים)[12], and brought it unto his father, and said unto his father, Let my father arise, and eat of his son's venison, that thy soul may bless me.

32 And Isaac his father said unto him, Who art thou? And he said, I am thy son, thy firstborn Esau.

Isaac trembles

33 And Isaac trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who? where is he that hath taken venison, and brought it me, and I have eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall be blessed.

34 And when Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with a great and exceeding bitter cry, and said unto his father, Bless me, even me also, O my father.

35 And he said, Thy brother came with subtilty, and hath taken away thy blessing.

Twice supplanters

36 And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? for he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me?

37 And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son?

38 And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Second blessing

39 And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above;

40 And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck.

Esau hated Jacob

41 And Esau hated(wayyiśṭōm וַיִּשְׂטֹ֤ם) Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob.

42 And these words of Esau her elder son were told to Rebekah: and she sent and called Jacob her younger son, and said unto him, Behold, thy brother Esau, as touching thee, doth comfort himself, purposing to kill thee.

Flee to Laban

43 Now therefore, my son, obey my voice; and arise, flee thou to Laban my brother to Haran;

44 And tarry with him a few days, until thy brother's fury turn away;

45 Until thy brother's anger turn away from thee, and he forget that which thou hast done to him: then I will send, and fetch thee from thence: why should I be deprived also of you both in one day?

46 And Rebekah said to Isaac, I am weary of my life because of the daughters of Heth: if Jacob take a wife of the daughters of Heth, such as these which are of the daughters of the land, what good shall my life do me?

: The problem with this is that the faith of and in Christ is not based on "blind faith but upon the "logos" of Christ, which is Right Reason offered by Jesus and written on our hearts and minds by divine revelation rather than merely what we can vainly glean from our personal tree of knowledge through our private interpretation.

These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them. 17 They shall be turned back, they shall be greatly ashamed, that trust in graven images, that say to the molten images, Ye [are] our gods. 18 Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see."
Isaiah 30:20 "And [though] the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers: 21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This [is] the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. 22 Ye shall defile also the covering of thy graven images of silver, and the ornament of thy molten images of gold: thou shalt cast them away as a menstruous cloth; thou shalt say unto it, Get thee hence. 23 Then shall he give the rain of thy seed,..."

John 9:39 ¶ "And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind."
Luke 6:39 "And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch? 40 The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master."
Acts 13:11 "And now, behold, the hand of the Lord [is] upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand."
