The Book of Leviticus is about those "He called" to become the Church in the wilderness and their instructions concerning the seeking of the kingdom of God and the way of the righteousness of God for the the exercise of Pure Religion for the people in free assemblies and the priests in a network of Levites. The Called out of Christ would also institute a similar system of Lively Stones of a Living Altar through a daily ministration of fervent charity to provide all care for early Christians who would not eat at the tables of the social welfare system operated through the temples of Rome and the governments of the world because David, Paul, Peter warned that those dainties were a not only the wages of unrighteousness of a Corban that made the word of God to none effect but were also a snare and a trap that was capable of entangling the masses as captives and merchandise through covetous practices again in the bondage of Egypt. They knew that the free bread of those systems of the world were provided by men who called themselves benefactors but exercise authority one over the other.[1]

Set forth in Leviticus 5:1-13 is the trespass offering which every Israelite is to bring when he has violated certain precepts here specified.
The first case. If a man who has either seen a crime perpetrated or heard something that would assist in detecting the criminal, That man is bound to declare what he knows when a solemn appeal(the voice of adjuration) is made in his hearing If he remain silent though capable of bearing witness he is guilty and a Sin-Offering is necessary. See Jesus to the high priest’s adjuration after having remained silent in Matthew 26:starting in verse 63.
1V A number of commentaries say there are better ways to word the translations but suggest if you known of material facts you are bound to come forward to be witness of it. When Jesus was silent Caiaphas used this to against Jesus, but knowing the future Jesus called out Caiaphas on a matter in Matthew 26:63-64.
"[63] But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.
[64] Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.[2]
A curse by the Mother of Micah

Then there is the mother of Micah (Judges 17:2) who uttered an adjuration when eleven hundred pieces of silver were stolen from her. Fearing the power of this curse, Micah confesses to his mother that he stole the money. Instead of punishing him, she blesses him and uses the silver to make a carved image. If people do not know the function of the carved image hey may not identify the issues.

Her son stole but he was given the funds after confessing for the wrong reason, fear. Legal charity reverses the hue and cry of a society this process. To fail to speak up is an iniquity.

The Levite priest hired by Micah to be (For the father and the priest לאב ולכהן), an Abimelech priest in Judges 17-18 did not abide by the Levite limitations put on them by God. He did not belong to God but was hired by Micah (just as many Bishops were hired by the pay of Constantine and they), abandoning his private role to become the priest for the tribe of Dan, seeking higher status. He ultimately took Micah’s stolen idols to Laish, establishing an idolatrous cult for the Danites that lasted until the time of the captivity.

Where there is an elected or appointed Father there is the potestas and imperium of the natural father vested in a civil Father by consent.
Unclean things
Verses 2 through 5 are talking about what defiles us and according to Jesus it is what comes out of our heart.[3] And express the importance of confessing which John the Baptist and Jesus did also.[4]The term unclean as it is used in the biblical text is actually about what is morally ethical and not ethical, what is righteous and unrighteous.
If a soul touch any unclean, unrighteous things, Like the reward of unrighteousness.[5] he must give recompence.[6] If he chooses not to be a doer then.[7]
The trespass offering is a way to choose to put your heart into action in reverse of sin committed, it is merely turning repentance into action.[7] To do contrary[8] is evidence one is not repentant just as a lack of a sin offering may also be a witness.

Touch unclean thing

1 And if a soul[9] sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.(עָוֹן)[10]

2 Or if a soul touch any unclean[11] thing[12], whether it be a carcase (בְנִבְלַ֨ת)[13] of an unclean beast[14], or a carcase of unclean cattle[15] , or the carcase of unclean creeping things[16], and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.[17]

3 Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.

4 Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.

5 And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing:

6 And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.

7 And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves < תֹרִ֛ים ṯōrîm 08449>, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

8 And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder:

9 And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.

10 And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

More alternatives to sacrifice

11 But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves < תֹרִ֛ים tōrîm 08449>, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering[18] the tenth part[18] of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put [any] frankincense thereon: for it [is] a sin offering.

12 Then shall he bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it, even a memorial thereof, and burn it on the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: it is a sin offering.

13 And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him: and the remnant shall be the priest's, as a meat offering.

15 If a soul commit a trespass, and sin through ignorance, in the holy things of the LORD; then he shall bring for his trespass unto the LORD a ram without blemish[19] out of the flocks, with thy estimation by shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering:

16 And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

17 And if a soul sin, and commit any of these things which are forbidden to be done by the commandments[20] of the LORD; though he wist it not, yet is he guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

18 And he shall bring a ram without blemish[19] out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his ignorance[21] wherein he erred and wist it not, and it shall be forgiven him.

19 It is a trespass offering: he hath certainly trespassed against the LORD.
