Genius
The Latin term genius comes from the Latin verb gignere (or Old Latin genō), meaning' 'gene which can literally mean “begetter” while genes can have the meaning “born” or “produce.”
Note the Latin term genius is a reference to an “inborn nature; a tutelary position of a person or place”. In a more common view in early Latin tribes the "genius" of a family was the male tutelary or guardian of the hearth and the character of a person who acted as the head of a family(familia or gens). That Character was divine essence that could be observed and counted upon within the family, place (genius loci), or group.
It was commonly thought to be present in the individual from birth and watched over the maturing and growth of an individual throughout life, influencing their character, fortunes, and moral inclinations.
Patriarchy
In early Latin culture the union of man and woman who formed and procreated the family together as one person was considered a sacred union within their society, which contributed to their success. Their home was sacred or separate jurisdiction and the law of the father ruled with his wife.
The Some will say patriarchy means a "system of society or government in which the father or eldest male is head of the family and descent is traced through the male line."
While the Patriarchy is[1] was the foundation of society and without it survival was usually no likely it also altered the mental, moral, and magnanimous state of the family unit and therefore mankind.
In every family there was both king and priest(with his queen and priestess) who held the responsibility of the imperium, potestas[2], and auctoritas [3] which are Latin words which describe the elements of a family in a free society.
Power and Choice
That power of choice was endowed by God in everyman and woman and they were given two trees. One contained knowledge the other the force of life and light. The Light comes to us as the burning lamp of Abraham's vision that includes the smoking furnace.
We have the right to choose but we need to do so according to the tree of life.
There those who want to choose for you or fool you into eating of the tree of knowledge without the Holy Spirit that giveth light and life.
"Freedom is the Right to Choose, the Right to create for oneself the alternatives of Choice. Without the possibility of Choice, and the exercise of Choice, a man is not a man but a member, an instrument, a thing.”[4]
The imperium[5], potestas[2] and auctoritas[6] are given us by God.
Over time the power that by nature is vested in the family was shifted by practices and neglect, by word and deed, to the State. The meaning of the genius moved from the Spirit seen in the life of the natural father to a more central civil power of the State as the "guardian deity or spirit which watches over each person from birth".
In an early meaning the term had a spiritual or even religious significance in society. Religion was meant to bind society together through social bonds of virtuous practices like hospitality or fervent charity between families and groups of families called clans or tribes.
Benefactors
Roman emperors obtained their power from the consent of the people who desired the dainties of rules which were the wages of unrighteousness.
As society grew certain people took on the responsibility to minister that charity throughout society in small groups networked together like we say with the Altars of Abraham and the congregations of tens who worshipped from the door of their tents[7] through their altars of clay and stone that Moses set up to bind a nation together by love and charity.
As the Roman society grew there would be a need to manage the genius of the Roman house hold where the power of the Paterfamilias was delegated or extended to the most trusted men of their society. They became the priests of society much like the Levites who served the tents of the congregations as the Church in the wilderness and like the deacons of the New Testament Church provided all the Social Welfare of Christian in a daily ministration from house to house, family to family. They did this as we see Paul and James serving the people but also around 150 AD when Justin the Martyr wrote his Apology to Antoninus Pius the emperor of Rome in order to explain how Christians took care of their own system of welfare through their free bread for the needy.
The stories of Nimrod's Babylon, Pharaoh's Egypt, or Caesar's Rome were examples of legal charity through the state and a departure from the genius of the natural fathers. Legal charity is a form of public religion like that of the Imperial Cult of Rome where the genius, along with the potestas[2], imperium, and authority is vested in the Patronus of the State.
Vigellius Saturninus
The Acts of the Scillitan Martyrs which is a court record concerning six Christians from the North-African town of Scilli. The Scillitan Martyrs were a company of twelve North African Christians who were executed for their beliefs on 17 July 180 AD.
Vigellius Saturninus, proconsul of Africa in 180 CE, addressed some who were called before him because of antisocial behavior. Of the twelve Scillitan Christian martyrs who were being persecuted because of their practice of Pure Religion through the Church established by Christ with his statement:
“We too are religious, and our religion is simple, and we swear by the Genius of our lord the emperor, and we apply for his benefits, as you also ought to do.”
The Genius of Jesus
But Jesus warned us to swear not because to do so was a snare and a trap that would make the people merchandise and entangle them again in a yoke of bondage and eventually curse children with debt.
The Genius of Jesus, which the Corban of Christ, comes to everyman with the power of the comforter who leads the free assemblies of the Christ in the way of righteousness and to the eternal life and light that true born again Christians love.
The Genius of Adversary
Were are called by John the Baptist and Jesus to repent and seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness. But the fathers of the world call us to do the deeds[8] of the Nicolaitan.
And the Genius of Nimrod, Abimelech, Pharaoh, Caesar, Herod, and FDR[9] leads the people into darkness[10] and idolatry[11] that is mystery Babylon[12].
His Genius would include the free bread of Rome which Christians called the Reward of unrighteousness which Plutarch had called bounties, donations, and benefits.
“The real destroyers of the liberties of the people which ruined[13] the United States was he who spreads among them bounties, donations, and benefits.”[14] that Ruined[13] many tribes and nations.
Those who read and understand their Bible should know that Proverbs calls the dainties of rulers deceitful meats with both Paul and David saying those benefits that should be for your "welfare" was a not only a "snare" and a trap, warning also we should touch not.[15]
That genius was the power to redistribute the provisions of the household that had been in the hands of the father of each family. Other rights once held by each family in free societies were now held by the the emperors and the vast bureaucracy he ruled over. The Romans call these endowed rights the potestas, imperium, and authority was first vested in everyman and his family but had been manumitted to those sat in the seats of rulers who exercise authority one over the other because of the wantonness of the masses who through their appetite for his dainties became dependent and degenerate.
Genius loci
The "genius loci"[16], plural "genii locorum" was the protective law of the place or the spirit of a place that lived in the lawmakers of a nation but was also a symbol used to designate a location where free bread or grain was provided through the Imperial Cult of Rome to its registered members.
The Imperial Cult of Rome called for the adoration, service, and worship that honored the emperor during his reign or in Rome after his death often because of their welfare support through the temples. It was their genius that set the welfare tables of Rome but those tables that fed the people should have been for the welfare but were a snare.
Emperors in Rome could be declared divus or divine after their death. But they were already considered to be both Savior and Son of God. Their will was the Divine will of the gods of Rome.
The original "genius loci" was the tree of life in the Garden of Eden.
- ↑ "Derived from the Greek word patriarkhēs, patriarchy literally means "the rule of the father" and is used to refer to a social system where men control a disproportionately large share of social, economic, political and religious power/responsibility, and inheritance usually passes down the male line."
- ↑ 2.0 2.1 2.2 Potestas, in the law of the Latins, "signifies generally a power or faculty" of authority by which we do anything." Patria Potestas originally signified the authority which a father had over of his children, grandchildren, and other descendants. When this right or power was eventually vested in the State the agency of government became the father of the people and this not only weakened the people but reduced their liberty. See Parens Patriae or "Call no man Father".

- * The way of the world is not The Way Of Christ but the way of Cain and His city-state, the way of the Corban of the Herod and the Pharisees that makes the word of God to none effect which God hates. These cities of blood, of Babylon and Balaam, of Cain and Nimrod, of Sumer and Sodom, Pharaoh and the foolishness of Saul, and more recently FDR and LBJ and all the welfare States who provide a legal charity of force and fealty making merchandise of the Nicolaitan as they enter the corvee which is a snare and a trap being Greedy for gain.
- ↑ The way of error
- 2 Peter 2:13 "And shall receive the reward of unrighteousness, [as] they that count it pleasure to riot in the day time. Spots [they are] and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; 14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: 15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam [the son] of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;"
- Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
- Jude 1:11 "Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core. 12 These are spots(not "unspotted" like Pure Religion) in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds [they are] without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;"
- Revelation 2:14-17 "But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication ("to permit one’s self to be drawn away by another into idolatry"). 15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. 16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. 17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth [it]."
- Ezekiel 16:49 "Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy."
- The way of the world is the way of Cain and His city-state, the Corban of the Pharisees and the cities of blood, Nimrod and the Nicolaitan, Babylon and Balaam, Sumer and Sodom, Pharaoh and the foolishness of Saul, and more recently FDR and LBJ and all the welfare States who use legal charity which is not The Way of Christ, the Kingdom of God nor the righteousness of God.
- ↑ Eyes darkened
- Genesis 3:8 "And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden."
- Psalms 69:22 "Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap. 23 Let their eyes be darkened, that they see not; and make their loins continually to shake."
- Psalms 107:10 "Such as sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, [being] bound in affliction and iron;"

- Isaiah 49:6 "And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth."
- Ecclesiastes 2:14 "The wise man’s eyes [are] in his head; but the fool walketh in darkness: and I myself perceived also that one event happeneth to them all."
- Micah 7:8 "Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD [shall be] a light unto me."
- Matthew 4:16 “The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.”
- Luke 1:79 "To give light to them that sit in darkness and [in] the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace."
- John 1:9 [That] was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
- Romans 11:10 "Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway"
- 2 Corinthians 6:14 "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?”
- Job 34:22 "There is no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves."
- Matthew 6:23 “But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!”
- Luke 11:34 "The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when [thine eye] is evil, thy body also [is] full of darkness."
- John 3:19 "And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God." See Born again.
- Acts 26:16...18 to Paul "to make thee a minister and a witness"... 18 "To open their eyes, [and] to turn [them] from darkness to light, and [from] the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me."
- Romans 11: 9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them: 10 Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway."
- 1 Peter 2:9 "But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:"
- 1 John 2:10 "He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him. 11 But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes."
- ↑ Covetousness is idolatry
- Colossians 3:5 "Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: 6 For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:"
- Ephesians 5:5 "For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God."
- 1 Corinthians 5:10 "Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat."
- For it is written that the tables of dainties provided by rulers of the world are a snare because they cause the masses to bite one another through government systems of legal charity which are covetous practices which are a form of fornication or adultery where the people are devoured as merchandise, curse children and are "entangled again in the yoke of bondage" with the aid of the false religion of the whore who rides the beast.
- ↑ The Error of Balaam and Babylon
- This Error is not new but is seen at the dawn of mankind. The idea that government should systematically provide individual welfare through governments that exercise authority is seen in Mesopotamia and Sumer with the Turtledove Goddess of welfare.
- Balaam was a prophet from Mesopotamia (Deuteronomy 23:4), a region that includes the ancient city of Babylon, and the ways of Cain, Nimrod, Abimelech, Pharaoh, and Caesar.
- The "error" or "doctrine" of Balaam refers to seeking financial gain, with an appetite for the Dainties of rulers (loving the "wages of unrighteousness") and teaching Israel to sin through idolatry and the immorality fornication and national adultery, often by advising the Moabites and Midianites to seduce Israelite men with the same type of whoredom we see with Mystery Babylon in Revelation 17:5 "And upon her forehead [was] a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH."
- In the Book of Revelation, the "error of Balaam" is mentioned alongside the "doctrine of the Nicolaitans" and the "woman Jezebel" (often symbolic of Babylon the Great), suggesting a thematic link between a false religious influence, greed, idolatry, and the covetousness which makes men merchandise and entangles them again in the yoke of bondage.
- In summary, the "error" represents a greedy, idolatrous, and covetous influence over the hearts and minds of the masses under a stronge dellusion and a corrupt systems of covetous practices, including the symbolic Babylon of Revelation.
