Firstfruit
The first fruits are often a reference to what you produce with your labor[4] and is offered three times a year[5] without leaven nor hold it back from the sharing of it in the "feast of ingathering".[6]
"The first <07225> of the firstfruits <01061>" that is to be sacrificed was to be brought into the house of the LORD without seething a goat in its mothers milk.[7] Moses is concerned with excessive charity that will eventually weaken the poor because it makes the people dependent and eventually feeling entitled of not slothful and lazy.[8]
Like the altars of Jehovahnissi, all offerings brought to the house of the LORD had to be freewill offerings.
Any expectation or dependence whereby the people become accustomed to charity may produce a feeling of entitlement[8] until a national social safety net of legal charity is becomes acceptable which will degenerate the masses returning them to the bondage of Egypt.
When the people began to return to the paganism and the ways of the Golden calf Moses "called out" the faithful. The Levites answered that call. They would belonged to God,[9] and were appointed to be the Church in the wilderness.
Those called out Levites would be given the "kidneys" of the sacrifices which were freely given as the burnt offerings of the people. This meant as burnt offerings these sacrifices were entirely turned over to the Levite minister of your choice.
As the Lively Stones of a Living Altar the Levites would compose a system of altars of the unhewn stones in a social safety net of nation funded by fervent charity alone in hope and faith according to the way of the righteousness of God which kept the people free from the covetous practices of legal charity that makes people merchandise and will curse children.

Firstborn
Exodus 4:21 "And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go. 22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn[2] :"
In these verses we see the phrase "Israel is my son, even my firstborn" This is where Israel is specified as the children of God, and they become the firstborn of a nation of the world.
It was the firstborn in each family which are to be priest within the family which cared for the needs of the whole family in the management of family resources so that the whole family could remain strong and fruitful. This same precept is applied to all of the nation where there would be a national priesthood.[11]
The Kingdom of God has always been from generation to generation. In the Kingdom called Israel, God through Moses called out and set aside a certain group of people who were called Levites.[12] They were the first born of the nation[13] and they mostly came from the tribe of Levi, who become the major part of the group called the Levites.
This took place when the people were called out of the walled-in camp of the Golden calf by Moses, and most of those who came out were from one tribe. These people who came out first were separated[14] from the main body of the nation in several ways, and for particular purposes.[15]
By Jewish tradition, a Levite was a member of the Hebrew tribe of Levi, which became a unique part of a political structure with some limited "corporate elements"[16] not seen in the rest of the government of Israel but used in the formation of a national community and society.
