Tribunicia potestas

Tribunicia potestas can be literally translated as the office of tribune of power and was claimed by Roman emperors which included the "lex sacrata" or sacred law, which gave the office a religious connotations. They eventually the Tribunicia potestas could be confirmed for life.

This assumption of tribunician power, alongside enhanced imperium, established the legal basis of early Roman emperors and there principate[1] for at least the three centuries. Because of these offices of power, including the office of Son of God, the Caesars would be the Genius that guided the empire and maintained the viability of their system not just the military and civil affairs. That power would be maintained by force and fear and demanded fealty.

Augustus Caesar originally called himself Divi filius that Latin phrase meaning literally "Son of the divine".

Dei filius[2] can be translated "Son of a God".

By declaring Caesar to be the Son of God society and even the courts would make even speaking against the Genius of Caesar becomes a violation of the "lex sacrata". [3]

  • “Sacred laws are laws which have the sanction that anyone who broke them becomes accursed("sacer") to one of the gods, together with his family and property”.[4]

Religion was not just what people think (supersticio) about a supreme being but it was also the performance a pious duty (threskia) to higher paternal origin or genius who we pray has the character of the creator and his Law of Nature.

Private religion is the way to performing that duty. But there is another way that does contrary to what improve the social bonds of a free society.

Public religion in Rome as encouraged by the Tribunicia potestas functioned through the Roman Imperial Cult of Rome which included a vast system of welfare which provided free bread through the government temples which had become an essential element of Roman society at that time.

As an office it was usually listed after the office of pontifex maximus and before the office of imperator or consul.

Tribunes were popular among the masses because they were to defend and support the plebs, which essentially formed a “state within a state” in the Roman Polis.


How it came to be

We know the Masses degenerate if the people become accustomed to covetous practices and justify those practices themselves within their societal culture.

If they neglect the the daily sacrifice required to maintain the social bonds of a free society through the perfect law of liberty you will become weak and afraid. The fear that results may draw you away from that which makes your free and bring you back into the bondage of Egypt.

If you create offices of power those who seek power will seek those offices. If you create offices of service only men who seek service will seek those offices.

Julius Caesar sought power and he understood how to get it having been priest before he became a general. If you fought your enemies and oppressed the people you would forever fight on two fronts. But if you divided the people against themselves through public welfare where they become accustomed to benefits at the expense of others their appetite for benefits would unite them at your table until they see fealty as liberty. Augustus Caesar would capitalize on this principle.

"Augustus was sensible that mankind is governed by names; nor was he deceived in his expectation, that the senate and people would submit to slavery, provided they were respectfully assured that they still enjoyed their ancient freedom. A feeble senate and enervated people cheerfully acquiesced in the pleasing illusion, as long as it was supported by the virtue, or even by the prudence, of the successors of Augustus. It was a motive of self-preservation, not a principle of liberty, that animated the conspirators against Caligula, Nero, and Domitian. They attacked the person of the tyrant, without aiming their blow at the authority of the emperor."'[5]


DEI

The modern “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” (“DEI”) policies, programs, and practices in fact produce the opposite effect that they purport to pursue.

The four pillars of DEI include diversity, equity, and inclusion, but also belonging or at least a sense of belonging and an illusion or delusion of value as long as you remain a true and faithful follower of its dogma.

DEI is a religion or at least it replace the roll of the religion of Abraham, Moses and Christ. DEI is the Latin term for "god".

DEI is the religion you get when you don't have the morals, courage, and compassionate heart to practice real Religion.

DEI as an ideology will also promote democratic socialism because:

"Socialism is the religion you get when you have no Pure Religion."

Democratic socialism leads to communism and DEI is the ideology of neo-communism.

Unlike Neo-Marxist Theory which is defined as an approach that emphasizes class struggle as the primary factor influencing revolutionary situations and outcomes, neo-communism through the DEI ideology emphasizes race or other elements of identity politics in the world.

The goal remains to demoralize the masses through a cultivation of envy and covetousness.

Diversity is about division: The division of individual from individual by the degeneration of those social bonds that come through systems of fervent charity is the goal of the would be tyrants of the world so institutions of charity must be replaced by public or legal charity. DEI will glorify this division as diversity while anyone who strays from the fundamental ideology as heretical. Equity is about inequality: Equity claims cannot be pursued without coveting the production of the more fruitful members or even non members. And there must be a power that can exercise authority appearing as benefactors by enforcing redistribution.

Inclusion requires exclusion: Since DEI is a religion they will attack all religions who do not embrace their unique ideology.

All these elements of the world of DEI require the participants to conform to the precept of being a respecter of persons which leads people to become Narcissists and their victim.
