What is the natural use but a "use" or practice or "conversation" which is in accordance to the natural purpose of Natural law and Right Reason which is the Will of God?

Practices that "change"[1] or "leave"[2] or are contrary to or antagonistic to the purpose or natural course and process of nature are said to subvert or pervert those inherent purposes

This is a part of a prophecy we see beginning in Romans 1:23 "And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things." The idea of worshipping images of God that are not God has also to do with the imagination and false images of who God and Christ really are and what the true doctrine of Jesus really is.

Romans 24: "Wherefore God also gave them up" with the phrase "gave them up" from paradidōmi (παρέδωκεν) "expresses the real active giving up on the part of God" according to Meyer's NT Commentary.

The same idea is repeated in Romans 1:28.

  • Romans 1:28 "And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate[3] mind, to do those things which are not convenient."

This is because they have created a false Christ through false prophets who have influence their minds and engage in idolatry which is covetousness.

God and the Law of Nature does not make men sin any more than gravity kills a jumper. A man when he jumps off a building will be pushed or pulled toward the ground until he hits the side walk. Gravity did not kill him nor the fall. Neither the side walk nor the building, nor gravity murdered him.

He killed himself when he chose to leap, although the death was to come later. He will probably change his mind on the way down. To think otherwise would change the measured out come of the cause and effect as the consequences of our personal choices we make that may go against the Natural law and no act of Parliament or congress nor decree of Caesars and kings can alter the results.

  • Romans 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

This Wickedness[4] is also an issue that it will produce its own out come.[5]

"Many" people who think they are Christians and saved or even born again, according to Christ, are merely under a strong delusion because they believe in an image of Christ that is false. They are actually workers of iniquity and they do not know it because their conscience is seared.

This reference to nature of creation and man is a common theme seen mentioned many times in the Bible because we were made in the image of God who the creator of nature.

1 Corinthians 2:13 "Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know [them], because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. 16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ."

The natural state of man is as a free soul under God and the perfect law of liberty and not in the bondage of Egypt or held captive by the rulers of the world. We see in 2 Timothy 3:

  • 2 Timothy 3:1 ¶ "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8 Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. 9 But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all [men], as theirs also was."
