The word rage[2] is not just HeyLamedLamed but with additional letters יִתְהוֹלְל֣וּ VavLamedLamedVavHeyTavYod
"they shall justle one against another" [3] is from a unique word only in Nahum. יִֽשְׁתַּקְשְׁק֖וּן YodShinTavKafshinKafVavNun[4] in the broad way, like biting one another.
v5 "they shall stumble in their walk;" Who is they? The word is AlefDelathYodReish[5] which is from the root AlefDelathReish honorable[6] with a Yod before the Reish but here Nahum adds YodVav producing "AlefDaletYodReishYodVav"[7]
There are numerous letters and words in the text[8] that are either not translated or unaccounted for[9] in common official interpretations which are often the "private" interpretations of men who exercise authority.
The letter Tav is often added to words by Nahum including the word for wall[10] which is ChetVavMemHey but is חֽוֹמָתָ֔הּ ḥō-w-mā-ṯāh, HeyVavMemTavHey in the text of Nahum the prophet.
v7 And Huzzab[11] which means to take a stand in an upright or righteous position is lead away.

1 ¶ He that dasheth in pieces[12] is come up before thy face: keep the munition[13], watch the way, make thy loins[14] strong, fortify thy power mightily.

2 For the LORD hath turned away the excellency of Jacob, as the excellency of Israel: for the emptiers have emptied them out[15], and marred[16] their vine branches.

3 The shield of his mighty men is made red, the valiant men are in scarlet: the chariots shall be with flaming torches in the day of his preparation, and the fir trees shall be terribly shaken.

4 The chariots shall rage in the streets, they shall justle one against another in the broad ways:[17] they shall seem like torches, they shall run like the lightnings.

5 He shall recount his worthies: they shall stumble in their walk; they shall make haste to the wall thereof, and the defence shall be prepared.

6 The gates of the rivers shall be opened, and the palace shall be dissolved.

7 And Huzzab[11] shall be led away captive[18], she shall be brought up, and her maids shall lead her as with the voice of doves, tabering upon their breasts.

8 But Nineveh[19] is of old[20] like a pool[21] of water[22]: yet they shall flee away. Stand, stand,[23] shall they cry; but none shall look back.

9 Take ye the spoil of silver, take the spoil of gold:[24] for there is none end of the store[25] and glory out of all the pleasant furniture.[26]

10 She is empty, and void, and waste: and the heart melteth, and the knees smite together, and much pain is in all loins, and the faces of them all gather blackness.

11 Where is the dwelling of the lions, and the feedingplace of the young lions, where the lion, even the old lion, walked, and the lion's whelp, and none made them afraid?

12 The lion did tear in pieces enough for his whelps, and strangled for his lionesses, and filled his holes with prey, and his dens with ravin.

13 Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the smoke, and the sword shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey from the earth,[27] and the voice of thy messengers shall no more be heard.

Summary of Nahum Chapter 2

Something has come that divides and scatters the people[28] which was seen in the story of Nimrod and Babylon.[19] We are warned to watch the way and strengthen our loins.[14] This is done by living by the ways of love, charity, and hope., not force, fear, and fealty under Assyrian contracts which ruins[16] and empties[15] the fruit of vine.[29]

They cast their wealth away[30] and the lion's prey on society.[27] And God will not hear them because they will not hear the cries of one another so that the "the sword shall devour thy young lions".[31]

Without Repentance and a return to a daily ministration of Pure Religion through charity and the perfect law of liberty the people will be devoured and ruined.
