Madness

Deuteronomy 28:28 The LORD shall smite thee with madness<07697>, and blindness<05788>, and astonishment<08541> of heart:

Ecclesiastes 1:17 And I gave my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness<01947> and folly<05531>: I perceived that this also is vexation of spirit.

Ecclesiastes 2:12 And I turned myself to behold wisdom, and madness<01947>, and folly: for what [can] the man [do] that cometh after the king? [even] that which hath been already done.

Ecclesiastes 7:25 I applied mine heart to know, and to search, and to seek out wisdom, and the reason [of things], and to know the wickedness of folly, even of foolishness [and] madness<01947>:

Ecclesiastes 9:3 This [is] an evil among all [things] that are done under the sun, that [there is] one event unto all: yea, also the heart of the sons of men is full of evil, and madness<01947> [is] in their heart while they live, and after that [they go] to the dead.

Ecclesiastes 10:13 The beginning of the words of his mouth [is] foolishness: and the end of his talk [is] mischievous<07451> madness<01947>.

Zechariah 12:4 In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.

Luke 6:11 And they were filled with madness<454>; and communed one with another what they might do to Jesus.

2 Peter 2:16 But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man’s voice forbad the madness<3913> of the prophet.

Covington boys were accused, defamed, threatened because the media chose to suppress the truth for financial and political agenda. Because they do not love and respect the truth they were willing to promote an absolutely false narrative. This is no longer a rare event but has become far to common in the world today.
Why do the people keep falling for their bias?
Is this Media malpractice effecting crowd psychology and the very morality and structure of society and thinking of the people?
Is the media is guilty of hate speech, stirring up people?
Are the new historians like those of the 1619 Project (hear audio) and men like Howard Zinn fanning the fire of resentment and chaos.
Are these lies about a more sinister plot of deception and betrayal leading the masses into The Psychology of Totalitarianism?
If the monster is hate we should know "He who fights with monsters should look to it that he himself does not become a monster. And if you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you." Friedrich Nietzsche.

Media Madness

Media Madness is herding the mind of the masses over a cliff of foolishness toward destruction. Why do people find it difficult to determine the truth?

Do the seeds of foolishness cause a mass formation of a strong delusion.

Why are people so willing to accept false narratives in the media or even flat out "fake news"?

The way of "destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity" But "The way of the LORD is strength to the upright:" [1] "For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness."[2]

The media has tremendous power over the mind of the people. They are often bias or even lie outright and many people cannot see the deception. Even when they are exposed and the truth exposes their prejudice and deceit the people often do not turn from the deception choosing rather to believe the lie.

Why

We have seen in the media reporting of the Covington boys the people were mislead and deceived and sowed discord. The same is true of the Fire down under and the media coverage of the Coronavirus, and Shutdown that devastated the economy and the lives of millions of people, This was followed by sensational misreporting the whole truth about the death of George Floyd. This media malpractice has fostered riots that have killed many more innocent people and caused millions of dollars and damages. The media has been totally irresponsible. If we have an understanding of crowd psychology we may develop some immunity to their ill effects.

"Wisdom is before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth." Proverbs 17:24

What does it mean that the "eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth"?

It means that his ability to see clearly has been affected because he is looking in the wrong direction. He is being distracted, lead by others to look in all the wrong places.

  • "If people in the media cannot decide whether they are in the business of reporting news or manufacturing propaganda, it is all the more important that the public understand that difference, and choose their news sources accordingly." Thomas Sowell

The truth

We must embrace the truth about ourselves to see the lies of others. We must be willing to know the whole truth and provide for it.

The truth is the people have been led by the blind because they have accepted a strong delusion because the want to believe legal charity is acceptable to God.

We were warned by Jesus[3], the apostles and all the prophets[4] that legal charity[5] provided by men who exercise authority[6] was and is the covetous practices which is idolatry.[7]

After a hundred years of believing this lie the masses have degenerated until they are all ruled by media madness and the mentions of politics.

2 Timothy 3:2 "For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

  5. Bread of oppression
Matthew 16:6 "Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees... 11 How is it that ye do not understand that I spake [it] not to you concerning daily bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees? 12 Then understood they how that he bade [them] not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
Mark 8:15 "And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and [of] the leaven of Herod."
Matthew 16:11 "How is it that ye do not understand that I spake [it] not to you concerning bread, that ye should beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees?"
Mark 8:15 "And he charged them, saying, Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, and of the leaven of Herod."
Luke 12:1 "In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy."
Jesus and John the Baptist opposed the leaven of Herod, the Pharisees and of the Sadducees because they misinterpreted the way of Moses and the LORD. They collected the resources for their tables of welfare, their social safety net of free bread and care for the needy of society through forced offerings. Peter, Paul, David, and the prophets have been warned us that such covetous practices were setting a snare and a trap. Herod and the Pharisees had set up a system of legal charity rather than fervent charity which always makes the word of God to none effect so that Christ would say the kingdom of God shall be taken from them and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits. We should know that their system "degenerates" the "masses" until they become "perfect savages". Legal charity and its benefits and dainties provided through men who exercise authority are the wages of unrighteousness and the covetous practices that makes men merchandise and will curse children.
  6. Not exercise authority
Matthew 20:25 "But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. But it shall not be so among you:..."
Mark 10:42 "But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them. But so shall it not be among you:..."
Luke 22:25 "And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. But ye [shall] not [be] so:..."
  7. Covetousness is idolatry
Colossians 3:5 "Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: 6 For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:"
Ephesians 5:5 "For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God."
1 Corinthians 5:10 "Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat."
