Tetanus
Tetanus (lockjaw) which is an infectious disease caused by the bacteria Clostridium tetani. My aunt died from that when she was three and my grandfather, her father, was a doctor.
Back then it was not very treatable once the symptoms showed up. It is now medically treatable even after symptoms show up so it is not always the death sentence people have supposed.
The truth is many people get Tetanus and develop a natural immunity to it if their body develops the proper antibody agents that vaccines create but exposure before it begins to spread and eventually effect the muscles. People and animals do this all the time and never even know this is happening. It is the result of the body doing its job in nature.
By the time the body shows symptoms of Tetanus the infection has spread far from the wound and has already infected the whole body, but it is still treatable.
One of the things I would do is cut at all sugars which slows the immune system during this incubation period by hampering cellular communication and drugging white blood cells. Even if you do not know if the Tetanus is even present or a cold or flu or any illness this fasting from sugar or even alcohol might be another item of health people may consider.
Scientists have discovered that in "cellular communication" cells that were never exposed to the "immunizing agent" can actually become immune merely by coming in contact with cells that have been exposed to the immunizing agent. That is profound and worth reading again.
