Jesus as the Christ was not like the Fathers of the earth who called themselves Benefactors and made the people live by force, fear, and fealty. If we are to come in the name of Christ we must think differently, becoming doers of the word and learn to live by faith, hope, and charity by sitting down in a network of tens.
In order to see a better plan than what you have been doing you have to be humble enough to see that your present plan is in error.
"It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled." Mark Twain also said that. "It is often not what you do not know that gets you in trouble but what you think is absolutely true that just ain't so." I do three hours of radio a week proving much of what people think just ain't so while the media pours out misinformation like a plague of locusts. Most are not immune to the lies of the media because they have already accepted a really big lie.
Vanity and liberty are incompatible. People need to Get organized.
That does not mean looking to the government to solve your problems. Unfortunately society has abandoned the social welfare practices of charity and volunteerism that was once the glue of American society when Alexis de Tocqueville said "America is great...".
People need to repent of their "appetite for benefits and the habit of receiving them by way of a rule of force and violence. The people, having grown accustomed to feed at the expense of others and to depend for their livelihood on the property of others..." have been changed. Our plan should be His plan.
His Plan
We were warned about covetous practices, free bread, the Corban of the Pharisees, and the socialism of force administered through the temples of the world and the Imperial Cult of Rome. Jesus spoke of these public religions overseen by the ruling "Fathers of the earth" who were the "men who called themselves Benefactors but exercised authority one over the other". They provided a table of civic welfare which was a snare according to David and Paul.[1]
Christ came to set us free from that snare that we might be saved if we will Repent of those covetous practices which makes men perfect savages and leads to despotism and tyranny.
We were told to seek His Kingdom and the righteousness of God instead of the reward of unrighteousness which included the benefits of those so called benefactors of socialism.
We were warned that we would be made merchandise and curse children who would become a surety for debt. Today, we do less and less for our parents because we rely on the Corban of the modern temples of government to provide social security and welfare through the governments of the world rather than through practicing the Pure Religion of the early Church.
"For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning." 2 Peter 2:20
We cannot undo that entanglement of our own accord or power. We cannot save ourselves. We cannot free ourselves by any man-made tactical strategy or cunning legal plan.
That would be vanity and a form of idolatry. We cannot save ourselves by repeating pious religious phrases nor by making declarations of belief or incantations of our imagined faith.
But we can be saved if we repent, turn around our thinking in humility, and seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness. That was and is The Way He taught, which was the way of faith, hope, and charity rather than force, fear, and violence.
Christ said to love our neighbor as ourselves which would not include forcing our neighbor to contribute to our welfare through men who exercise authority one over the other. It would not include borrowing from the future of our children so we can have benefits today.
We have gone so far away from The Way of Christ that it will take a miracle to save us. Christ commanded that his disciples organize the people into a network of tens before there would be any loaves and fishes.
He would eventually appoint the kingdom to that little flock which did bear fruit rightly dividing the bread from house to house through a daily ministration of pure religion as Rome fell.
Today's Rome will fall again all though I pray for it daily. But I also pray for the people that they might repent of the modern system of Corban which is making the word of God to none effect in their own lives.
The Church was the called out. No one should try to just come out of the systems of the world alone even if they could. Abraham came out with "many souls". Moses came out with a "nation". Thousands received the baptism of Jesus who was the Christ on Pentecost and were "cast out" of the welfare system of Corban set up by Herod and the Pharisees.
It is time to set the table of the Lord by sitting down in a charitable network of Tens as Jesus commanded.

Why did Christ cloak the Mysteries of the kingdom of God in parables?
We are warned that "many" will preach a false Christ as False prophets or their false form of Christianity and think they are His followers and justified in the things they do and the things they say but will actually be workers of iniquity.
"What is the truth?"[2]
How do you know what is true and not true?
How does the Holy Spirit tell us and how do you know the spirit we are listening to is truly Holy?
Modern Church and modern Christians are entangled in the rudiments of the world, and have become "subject" to taskmasters because they desired gifts, gratuities, and benefits from the "fathers of the earth" who "call themselves benefactors but exercise authority one over the other".
People are again in a yoke of bondage and have returned to the corvee of Egypt. This is because they and their parents ate at the table that is a snare. They were willing to bite one another to obtain the wages of unrighteousness. People do not want to set the table of the Lord in righteousness through faith, hope and charity but also will not be friends with the unrighteous mammon.
