Once we understand that Jesus' conflict with the Corban of the Pharisees was because ti was a welfare system based on forced sacrifices of the people. Once the people signed up their contributions, based on hand written ordinances against their members, the people were forced to pay tribute. |
To understand the gospel we need to know that what should have been for our welfare can become a snare[5] and to eat at the table of kings or rulers[6] will make you merchandise because it is the covetous table of the unrighteous. |
