Whoredom

The word whoredom is from one of 2 Hebrew words, zanuwn ZayinNunVavNun^[2] from the word zanah ZayinNunHey^[3] often translated whore or it is from the word taznuwth TavZayinNunVavTav used by Ezekiel^[4] but from the same word zanah. It is akin to Adultery and Fornication.

Exodus 34:15 "Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring^[3] after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice;"

Who are these gods?

Those sacrifices are the dainties of rulers and the wages of unrighteousness that come from the princes of the gentiles who exercise authority.^[5]

Philosophers, historians, and prophets have warned us that we should not have an appetite for those benefits because they willdegenerate the masses and turn the people into perfect savages ushering in tribute of tyrants who exercise authority.

Because the people are biting one anther you are devoured.^[6]

This national adultery warning is repeated in Exodus 34:16 "And thou take of their daughters unto thy sons, and their daughters go a whoring^[3] after their gods, and make thy sons go a whoring^[3] after their gods."

The ultimate bondage is to hate your neighbor through the error of Balaam because we fail to forgive which is the consuming fire of Exodus 33 and the Raca of Matthew 5 that brings the judgement and wrath of God.
