What does it mean to be “born again?” Jesus said, “Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” In addition, Jesus made a clear distinction between being born of the flesh and born of the Spirit.
So how do you know if you’re born of the Spirit?
- 1 Peter 1:3 ¶ Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
- 1 Peter 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
