Zion Is often defined as a location or alternate name for Jerusalem. Zion is clearly not just a place or location but is describing the condition or state of a place or institution.[1] It is said also to be a synonym for Jerusalem as well as for the Land of Israel as a whole.
It is often composed of the letters TzadikYodVavNun. In Amos 6:1 we see בְּצִיּ֔וֹן BeitTzadikYodVavNun
