Strangled or with blood
- “19 Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God: 20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.” Acts 15:19-20
- “28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; 29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.” Acts 15:28-29
- “25 As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.” Acts 21:25
- The references to blood, flesh and cities of blood or flesh pots as a civil cauldron, i.e. One purse is often associated with fornication, whoredom and the "harlot in the city" seen in Amos 7:17.
In Nahum 3:4 it says she "selleth nations through her whoredoms". These are the systems of legal charity of the Turtledove type goddesses of city-states that provide a social welfare through governments that exercise authority one over the other entangling the masses in covetous practices by eating at tables of rulers that should have been for your welfare but was a trap and a snare and makes the word of God to none effect.
