Double Yod
The double Yod means that God's Holy Spirit, His Yod or divine spark, was present in Spirit and Truth.

And again in Exodus 1:20 the words Therefore dealt well are from yatab YodTetBeit[2] but in the text way-yê-ṭeḇ VavYodYodTetBeit with another Double Yod. The Double Yod means that God rewarded them by causing the royalty and the priesthood to issue from them.
