Extortion
The extortion she is talking about is the practice of legal charity imposed by the authority of the State and lobbied for by the foolish leftist narratives of oppression while those perfect savages cultivate the oppressive spirit according to the Nature of the Beast in their own hearts.
There is no solution provided by either party until they repent of the covetous practices of legal charity through the tables of the welfare State which the masses of the modern Churches have become so accustomed too.
