- Proverbs 6:9 How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard <06102>? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep? 10 Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep: 11 So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man.
- Proverbs 10:26 As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard <06102> to them that send him.
- Proverbs 13:4 The soul of the sluggard <06102> desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.
- Proverbs 15:19 The way of the slothful <06102> man is as an hedge of thorns: but the way of the righteous is made plain.
- Proverbs 19:24 A slothful <06102> man hideth his hand in his bosom, and will not so much as bring it to his mouth again.
- Proverbs 20:4 The sluggard <06102> will not plow by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest, and have nothing.
- Proverbs 21:25 The desire of the slothful <06102> killeth him; for his hands refuse to labour.
- Proverbs 22:13 The slothful <06102> man saith, There is a lion without, I shall be slain in the streets.
- Proverbs 24:30 I went by the field of the slothful <06102>, and by the vineyard of the man void of understanding;
- Proverbs 26:13 The slothful <06102> man saith, There is a lion in the way; a lion is in the streets.
- Proverbs 26:14 As the door turneth upon his hinges, so doth the slothful <06102> upon his bed.
- Proverbs 26:15 The slothful <06102> hideth his hand in his bosom; it grieveth him to bring it again to his mouth.
- Proverbs 26:16 The sluggard <06102> is wiser in his own conceit than seven men that can render a reason.
‘atslah
- Proverbs 19:15 Slothfulness <06103>[2] casteth into a deep sleep; and an idle soul shall suffer hunger.
- Ecclesiastes 10:18 "By much slothfulness<06103> the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through."
‘atsal
Judges 18:9 And they said, Arise, that we may go up against them: for we have seen the land, and, behold, it [is] very good: and [are] ye still? be not slothful <06101> to go, [and] to enter to possess the land.
In truth all of nature is essentially capitalism in action where even the ant in his unique cooperative is no sluggard.[3]

- ↑ "The squirrel hoards nuts, and the bee gathers honey, without knowing what they do, and they are thus provided for without selfishness or disgrace." The Transcendentalist, Ralph Waldo Emerson.
In truth every squirrel who gathers nuts, every bird that makes its nest and every dung beetle who rolls his dung is a capitalist.
The squirrel will share his nuts with his mate and offspring who unite themselves with other capitalist squirrels who will live in the trees that grew up from the nuts their grandfather deposited in the bank of the Forrest floor generations before. None of that involved usury nor greed nor envy. Even the ant, who is no sluggard, in his colony seeks no world order but is diligent in their own enterprise leaving everyone else to their own.
