Licensed minister

The Licensed minister is not the same as an ordained and he may belong to the world and owe some service to the world and may only be free to devote part of his time to the people in service to Christ. It is not a salaried position from the Churches point of view.

Permission

There is a license granted by the elders of families that the minister may serve as Christ's minister to their family. As a minister of the people he is one who has been given permission or license to serve an individual family. They grant this authority by granting an offering into his Church recorded trust.

The need for covering

This is the purpose of recording more than one witness to a Sacred Purpose Trust. Each family is autonomous and together they sew the breeches of their minister by granting him license to serve their family. This is not a democratic activity. The people do not control the minister nor do they control the offering they claim they have freely given to Christ. See burnt offerings.

Not a board

If they get on a board^[1]and control the offerings they have claimed to have given up to Christ they void the idea that the Church is separate from the State. They cannot righteously control the distribution of those funds they claim have been given to Christ or then the Church becomes a congregation controlled institution.

The mystery of idolatry

The people of Judea had compromised their status by joining the system of covetous practices which included the Leaven of Herod and the Pharisees through rabbinical baptism. The tables of Herod and the Pharisees was full of leaven and a snare and a trap. John the Baptist offered another Baptism and the way contrary to the ways of the world. Constantine would offer the same leaven to a church filled with instant Christians.

Numbered resources

People of history have often relinquish their control of what they do in order to obtain benefits from men who exercise authority despite the warning of the prophets and Jesus himself. This was seen in history as the bondage of Egypt. It was prophesied that people will receive the number or badge of servitude often called a Mark of the Beast.

That number designated them as human resources. There is a great deal of misunderstanding in the doctrines of men about this Mark of the Beast. No one is condemned to hell because they get that identifying number but the text is clear they will be tested just as those who would follow Moses to freedom were tested before they left their own bondage.

The leaven of no effect

It was also foretold that those who had joined the system of Corban under Herod and the Pharisees would also be tested for they were also given a number as members of an institution that was making the word of God to none effect.

An ordained minister must sanction or appoint the minister chosen by the people before they are the holders of an office of minister to which they will be appointed and are therefore as holders of an office of the Church "ex officio".

Occupied by Christ

Because His Church is not a Federal Employer it has no in-house means to pay salaries or wages to men and women who owe part of their labor to the “world”. They can pay expenses and overhead and fund charitable activities.

It is possible that the Church could pay a third party employer who could pay a Licensed Minister or others who provide services but generally the activity of a licensed minister are charitably donated to the service of Christ for his labor may already pledged to another.

This way a Licensed or Commissioned Minister who is not ordained will be able to give time without having to suffer entirely by his own means the cost and burden of ministering to the people. But he also may not have to meet all the status qualification of ordained ministers as directed by Christ.
