Anna von Reitz is saying enough stuff in her books and articles that is true to get you in a lot of trouble and absolutely confused and distracted from the real issue, problem and solution.

At least one problem, she is missing some of the major pieces of the puzzle which is a deadly error.

How do you go through everything she says and separate truth from fiction?

And do we have enough dots of truth to connect them in an accurate way so that we actually might know the truth?

• Where is her documentation supporting her claims?
• Where is her footnotes referencing facts?
• Where is her chain of evidence?

In the books, hundreds of articles and essays we have published for you free online you will find literally thousands of footnotes and references. But she still sells books and people re-post her letters and claims as if they are factual.

Why is her claims so appealing?

The truth in one line

Anna's outlandish, unbelievable claims are readily received and promoted because she blames others for the present state of bondage and debt.

Making our problems someone else's fault, sin, fraud is always more popular than to look at or admit that we have done something wrong or failed to do what we should have done.

It can't be our fault. Right?

Or is it?

Some facts:

There are no "citizens on the land" and no one in your county is a "land owner" according to common law. So there are no Common Law courts because there is no one to sit on the jury. This is easily explained for a variety of reasons. No she is not a judge under the architectonic Judiciary_act_of_1789. There may be some people somewhere that have elected her as a judge for their own private court.

No one has been kidnapped. This situation is all based on the law of contract and well documented. See The Contract clause, U.S. Constitution - Article 1 Section 10...

Those "Legal Fictions entities" are real and were created by contract with real people and with real Benefits. Because people did not read the public record does not make it fraud. There is no Fraud the way this Anna von Reitz says that will get you off the hook you and your parents have swallowed whole.

No one was enslaved under false pretenses... Your bondage was not done behind your backs. If you want to know the real solution do not go to people like Anna von Reitz who blame others for your sins and errors.

There is the opportunity of a Network of people that could help you turn your life around and head back toward liberty under God.

This is also not really an admiralty problem but equity which according to the Judiciary act of 1789 is a bonafied jurisdiction where there is no solution at common law and there is not. Again I can prove this as fact.

There is a giant black hole in the logic and strategy presented by people like Anna and the Informer. There is something that can be done but she is not telling you what it is. There has been illegal things and unfair things done but to tell people "the whole truth and provide for it" requires you to examine your own actions or failure to act.

The truth is it is the Covetous Practices of the people, for the property of other people by the people that has made the people a surety for debt and little more than human resources and Merchandise. It is because you have been Biting one another to get Benefits from Benefactors who exercise authority one over the other that has caused you to become devoured. The people were divided and sought to eat at the table of rulers ignoring the warnings of Plutarch, Polybius, and John the Baptist to say nothing of the Ten Commandments and Jesus. Slothful and greedy for gain saying lets all have One purse.

That sloth and covetous greed blinded our parents and ourselves so that we Curse children with our own Consent and fail to attend to the Weightier_matters.

The Protection offered by the Fathers of the earth has been a Snare and a trap. If you read the links above you can see that our present state is the same the Christian conflict with Rome.

Constitutionalists

Many people are in love with the constitution and imagine that it is somehow "God's special mandate" or the salvation of this nation. Some of the men who wrote it were pretty good men with some pretty bad ideas and hate what the people have done but vainly we imagine like Rome we are still great.

Most of those early Americans would hate what the United States government has become, which is why I wrote Contracts, Covenants and Constitutions.

The constitution was not popular with we the people. In fact it would have been voted down had it been put to a vote of the people. It was an agreement between the states and those who became a part of it. Many of the authors and others within the states warned of the dangers it presented.

Those warnings were not heeded by the people of the last century and the liberties that once belonged to Americans have been lost.

This change is more the result of what the people have done rather than the government itself. Most of what they have done has been directly in opposition to what Christ and the apostles told us to do and what not do. Much of this is explained in the book Covenants of the gods and Contracts, Covenants and Constitutions.

There is a list of free publications online where you can find the answers to why you are no longer free and what you can do about it in a righteous way. The ministers of the Network can show you where and how to find the answers.

Another false idea that has been floating around for years is that somehow we have been forced under Maritime law. This too is a red herring. What has happened is simple.

We the people of America have signed up for equity which is part of the laws of the United States according to The Judiciary Act of 1789. Equity looks a lot like Maritime law. It is administrative and includes remedies where there is no remedy at common law.

You have done this to yourselves by signing up for benefits and protections of social security and welfare at the expense of your neighbor. This has become a snare and a trap as was told by the prophets of the old and new Testaments.

Your pastors do not know the weightier matters and teach a watered down gospel to tickle your ears. Most Americans have abandoned the relationships and responsibilities required at common law. We have educational groups and programs, but the real lessons are learned by doing, by forming congregations of record and returning to the ways of righteousness and the perfect law of liberty.

God has been clear that he will not hear your prayers if you seek rulers who can exercise authority one over the other especially to provide you with benefits at the expense of your neighbor. This is what makes you Merchandise and a Surety for debt. It is those Covetous Practices which have cursed your children.

I have been a student of the law and history for over 50 years.

Before that I lived with my father who wrote law books and handled both domestic and international cases in numerous states and venues.

"We the People" did not mean the people living in the states but the people of the United States who began with the names at the bottom of the document.

That constitution was a step in the wrong direction but, it is one God allowed the people to make.

The steps the people have made since by contracting with the entity created by the states called the United States has also been a stumbling block.

The people are a beneficiary of a bankrupt trust and are now collateral for debt, human resources... i,e, merchandise. That trust is the unrighteous mammon.

What should have been for their welfare has become a snare and a TRAP.

This is their fault because the people have been unrighteous. Because of that you can change things but not with the wave of your hand or the shaking of your fist.

Before governments will change people must change.

It is time to repent and form a living Network where the people come together in the name of Christ. Christ came to set others free, not himself. He came to serve not to be served. He came to sacrifice himself for others not make others sacrifice for him like the spirit of the socialist.

He and the men, like Himself, He appointed for the gathering of the people in congregations which formed a living Network of congregations as well as congregations of congregations in the pattern of Tens where people seeking community relationships based on faith, hope and charity and the Perfect law of liberty as Doers of the Word.

You need to learn the whole truth and provide for it and start attending to the Weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith which include caring for the needs of our neighbors and the widows and orphans of our society through Pure Religion in matters of health, education, and welfare. We are NOT to provide for the needy of society through the Covetous Practices and the men who call themselves benefactors but who exercise authority one over the other like the socialists do.

The Way of Christ was like neither the way of the world of Rome nor the governments of the gentiles who depend on those fathers of the earth through force, fear and fealty who deliver the people back in bondage again like they were in Egypt. Christ's ministers and true Christians do not depend upon systems of social welfare that force the contributions of the people like the corban of the Pharisees which made the word of God to none effect. Many people have been deceived to go the way of Balaam and the Nicolaitan and out of The Way of Christ and have become workers of iniquity.

The Christian conflict with Rome in the first century Church appointed by Christ was because they would not apply to the fathers of the earth for their free bread but instead relied upon a voluntary network providing a daily ministration to the needy of society through Faith, Hope, and Charity by way of freewill offerings of the people, for the people, and by the people through the perfect law of liberty in Free Assemblies according to the ancient pattern of Tuns or Tens as He commanded.

The modern Christians are in need of repentance.
