: "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." Mark 16:15

The word creature in this verse is translated from the Greek word ktisis [1] It is from the Greek word ktizo[2] which is from the word ktaomai[3] which is akin to a word that has to do with possessing or to acquire as in a sense to marry.

The word ktisis has to do with something you create. It is the exercise of your power and right to create something from a work of art to a building or even an institution. The power to create is a part of the character of God but the spirit you breath into those things you create is according to the spirit that is within you.

The story of the Golem is about man's ability to create and is a metaphor for a corporation. You create the Golem with clay which is a metaphor for men. And you breath life into that corporation or Golem according to the spirit that is within you.

You were created in the image of God and at one time man walked with that spirit. Then we fell away from the truth of that spirit and walked in another spirit which still created but did so with another spirit. The Spirit you breath into the things you create gives it its nature not the medium you use to create it.

We see this word 'ktisis appearing in the Bible some 19 times[4] and we see it translated creature and creation but also building and even ordinance.

Paul uses the word extensively in Romans 8 where he talks about things of the flesh and the things of the Spirit[5]

People are in bondage because of things of the Spirit have led them into bondage. They will only be led to liberty by walking in things of the Spirit and not after the spirit of the world.

You may take steel or wood or clay and make something according to the Spirit of God or you may make it according to the spirit of the world or the spirit of Nimrod and Cain. You may use it to take the life of your brother or give life to your brother.

We cannot save our self by the things of the flesh[6] But it is by the spirit we move in this world that we may be set free. Is that Spirit of God according to the Name of Christ?

We may use the tools of the world to do the righteousness of God if we will walk in His Spirit.[7] Jesus talked about those who brought an increase with what they had been given and condemned the one who did not use what he had been given to produce fruit. He was told that it would have been better if he had put it with exchangers and collected usury[8] rather that waste your talent and do nothing with it.

It is the Spirit that gives life not the form or the objects or the flesh.[9]

It is not the thing but the Spirit that mortifies the body.[10]

If you are in the world and of the world that does not mean you must live by the spirit of the world. Just as your heart and mind is converted so can the things of the world be converted by the sspirit that dwelth in you, [11]

With the tools, talent, wherewithal and wealth you are given in this life you must decide by which spirit you shall make use of them. [12] What you do with what you have or have been given will determine and bearwitness to that Spirit.[13] Those with a great mind may be tempted to use their talent for selfish or unselfish motives. Those who are wealth in possessions will face the same temptations with what they have been given. If we are moving with the spirit of Christ we will give generously. Like the widows mite we must give not only what we have that is extra but of what we have so that it may be called a sacrifice if we are going to be brothers with Christ.

Man creates institutions by agreements in this life and those institutions become the world he is in. Those institutions take on the spirit of the people. If the people are selfish and vane [14] the institutions shall take on the vanity of the people. If the people want to control their neighbors and subject their neighbors the institutions they create will subject them. If the people bite one another they will be devoured by the beast they create.

There is no reason nor any means by which you may begin to free a nation until you begin to free it spiritually. We are freed from the bondage of our unforgiveness by our forgiveness. We are freed from the bondage of our sloth and selfishness by a spirit of diligent charity. It is by these change wrought in our hearts through repentance and seeking the kingdom of God that the whole world might be saved.[15]

Once they begin that journey there will be many obstacles within their own heart and mind that they must strive and persevere to overcome with humility and patience. Each revelation shall bring further insight and challenges of forgiveness and giving, of hope and charity.[16]

God knows the sinner who has not repented in his own heart and offers him the wisdom of the prophets and the opportunities and challenge of this life so that all who will hear his voice and keep his word might follow The Way of righteousness.[17]

Is there power in paper? Is there wisdom in words alone? If the life is in the Spirit then the power in the Spirit is the Spirit that sets us free.[18]

I was written by Paul that all things were lawful[19] and any thing can be given to the charge of his elect[20]. So what is charged to God's elect is set free and may be protected by God but it must be truly given up.[21] But it must be truly given in His Righteous Spirit.[22] It must not be given for personal gain but for love of others and not just for those who love you. It is our selfish, unforgiving proud hearts that separate us from the power of God's love and nothing else.[23]

So use the institutions of men in the Spirit of God. Fear not the creatures of men but reign them to His purpose teaching to them the Spirit of God in his Gospel of love.[24]

As we walk in the Spirit of Christ breathing his spirit in all that we create we ourselves become new creature in Him.[25]

  13. Romans 8:17 ¶ And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
  14. Romans 8:18 For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. 19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20 For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
  15. Romans 8:21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. 22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. 24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
  16. Romans 8:26 ¶ Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. 28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
  17. Romans 8:29 ¶ For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
  18. Romans 831 ¶ What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
  19. 1 Corinthians 6:12 All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. 1 Corinthians 10:23 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

  21. Romans 833 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. 34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

  24. Romans 8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
