Originally the people were not a party to the Constitution and the phrase We the People only pertained to a small group of Americans. To understand how that document has changed from the instrument to create a government and grant .privileges to a government that allows people to exercise rights as privileges you need to understand the Constitution itself in the context of history..Contracts, Covenants and Constitutions

Constitutionalists

Many people are in love with the constitution and imagine that it is somehow "God's special mandate" or the salvation of this nation.

Some of the men who wrote it were pretty good men with some pretty bad ideas and they would hate what the people have done to America despite being impressed with the development of modern technologies.

But vainly we lack understanding of the pitfalls and fallacies about good and bad constitutions. Because the people today lack knowledge[1] of who "We the people" were and were not.

What was making America great

“America is great because she is good. If America ceases to be good, America will cease to be great.”[2]

History tells us "That the man who first ruined the Roman people twas he who first gave them treats and gratuities" [3]

The people imagine they can have a different fate than Rome.

Most of those early Americans would hate what the United States government has become and opposed the idea of legal charity.

Understanding what the limits of the Constitution was and how the power of government can increase through the sloth and avarice of the people is a subject often overlooked by the people, if not avoided altogether.

This is why I wrote Contracts, Covenants and Constitutions.

Fourth branch

There are three branches of government created by the Constitution but there is a Fourth branch of government.

What is the Fourth branch of government?

It was the people who understood their natural rights and responsibilities because they understood that they were endowed by their creator with the attending of the "duties to God and their fellowman".

A government of the people, by the people, and for the people must function according to the righteousness of Natural Law or "right reason' in order to produce and maintain liberty of the nation and their inhabitats.

The constitution was not popular with "we the people" of America" who were "not a party" to it and still were natural inhabitants upon the land.

In fact, the constitution would clearly have been voted down had it been put to a popular vote of the people. It was an agreement between a group who called themselves "We the People of the United States" whose names are found at the bottom of the document and those who became a part of that institution that the document would eventually create.

Most Americans were "Not a party" to the constitution nor did they desire it. Many of the authors and others within the states warned of the dangers it presented.

Those warnings were not heeded by the people of the last century and the liberties once belonging to Americans have been lost through a variety of means.

This change is more the result of what the people have done than the government itself. Most of what they have done has been directly in opposition to what Christ and the apostles told us to do and not do. Much of this is explained in the book Covenants of the gods and Contracts, Covenants and Constitutions.

There is a list of publications free on line where you can find the answers to why you are no longer free and what you can do about it in a righteous way. The ministers of the Network can show you where and how to find the answers.

Another false idea that has been floating around for years is that somehow we have been forced under Maritime law. This too is a red herring. What has happened is simple.

"We the people of America" (through desiring the benefits of the public welfare of the world systems at the expense of our neighbor which were the covetous practices the Peter warned us about and our "lack of knowledge" which comes from failing to practice Pure Religion) have signed up for the equity of the world and been snared by it. That Equity is a part of the laws of the United States according to The Judiciary Act of 1789. Equity looks a lot like Maritime law. It is administrative in nature and includes remedies in administrative courts where there is no remedy at Common Law.

You have done this to yourselves by signing up for benefits and protections of social security and welfare at the expense of your neighbor, the care of our parents and the needy of society by the Corban of the State alters our state of liberty under God. This has been a snare and a trap as told by the prophets of the old and new Testaments.

Seeking the kingdom of God is seeking in faith to become a viable part of the kingdom based on the righteousness of His love which is found in faithful charity and the hope of Christ rather than the force and entitlements of the world.

We must seek to sit down in the tens as he commanded in free assemblies of love and charity with striving and persevering hearts.

If your pastors do not know the weightier matters and teach a watered down gospel to tickle your ears instead of the simple Doctrines of Jesus do not follow after them for they are False prophets. Most Americans have abandoned the relationships love and responsibilities of fervent charity required by Christ and exemplified at Common Law.

There are other books available Thy Kingdom Comes | The Free Church Report | The Higher Liberty | but the Network is to help you come together. We have educational groups and programs but the real lessons are learned by doing, by forming congregations of record and returning to the ways of righteousness and the perfect law of liberty.

God has been clear that he will not hear your prayers if you seek rulers who can exercise authority one over the other especially to provide you with benefits at the expense of your neighbor.

I have been a student of the law and history for over 50 years.

Before that, I lived with my father who wrote law books and handled both domestic and international cases in numerous states.

"We The People" did not mean the people living in the states but the people of the United States. That constitution was a step in the wrong direction but one people are allowed to make.

The steps the people have made since by contracting with the entity created by the states called the United States has also been a stumbling block.

The people are a beneficiary of a bankrupt trust and are now collateral for debt, human resources... i,e, merchandise.

What should have been for their welfare has become a snare and a TRAP.

It is time to repent and form congregations of record in a living Network of those congregations seeking community relationships based on faith, hope and charity as doers of the word.

See list of Constitutional Articles. We recommend you read the book Contracts, Covenants, and Constitutions to fully understand the Constitution and its effects.

Not a party

Someone on the Network commented about someone's faith in the organic Constitution, saying:

"As a citizen of His Kingdom we don't have a constitution. The U.S. Constitution never was a good thing and never will be. The people alive, when the bankers were pushing for it, wanted no part of it. It was rammed down their throat just as the Obamacare was rammed down the throat of the current people of the U.S. The U.S. Constitution totally undid what was put in place with the declaration which was a step in the right direction."

While it is true that the people were not a party to the constitution,

Covenants Part I
1. The Party of the first part
http://www.hisholychurch.org/study/covenants/ccc1.php

and they would have voted it down if it had been put to the vote of the people.

Covenants Part IIl
3. Is the Constitution constitutional?
http://www.hisholychurch.org/study/covenants/ccc3.php

The Constitution did not undue everything. We undid everything as individuals when we returned to "The Mire" and vomit of Egypt and Rome and the Nimrod's of the world.

How did we do that?

We prayed to men who called themselves benefactors but who exercised authority one over the other.

We wanted public welfare and ate with rulers at the expense of our neighbors and now our children.

Proverbs 23:1 When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what [is] before thee: And put a knife to thy throat, if thou be a man given to appetite. Be not desirous of his dainties: for they are deceitful meat.
Psalms 69:22 Let their table become a snare before them: and that which should have been for their welfare, let it become a trap.
Romans 11:9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:

What happened was false ministers and politicians rose up amongst the people and taught us the lie that it is okay to covet your neighbors goods by praying to benefactors who take from our neighbor by exercising authority one over the other. By benefactors so we deny Christ with our deeds though we say we accept Him with our lips in our churches.

It is absolutely clear Jesus said in Luke 22:25 ... The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. But ye shall not be so:...

But it is so with the people of every nation in the world. You all covet your neighbor's goods through your government and have abandoned the ways of God, ancient Israel, the early Church and are in need of repentance.

You have become human resources surety for debt and human resources because of your covetousness. You accepted a lie taught in your churches and your public schools thinking they offered free education.

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.

You went against the words of Christ about praying to the fathers of the earth for your daily bread and the apostles following the pernicious ways of the world.

2 Peter 2:2 And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not.

If you read the rest of Peter you will know that you will not be spared if you do not repent and start doing what Christ said and turn to His house of faith and tend to the weightier matters...

Time to turn around and come together in prayer and form real congregations doing what Christ said to do...

  1. Hosea 4: v6. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children
  2. This quote was attributed to Alexis de Tocqueville in the book The Kingdom of God and the American Dream by Sherwood Eddy which was published in 1941. It appeared again on November 3, 1952 in a final campaign address in Boston by Dwight D. Eisenhower. It similarly was quoted in A Third Treasury of the Familiar by Ralph L. Woods, published in 1970.
Presidents Reagan, and even Bill Clinton among many others have quoted the line not just because they thought Alexis wrote it but because they believed it was true.
Andrew Reed and James Matheson while traveling through America in 1834 did write an almost identical quote in meaning: “America will be great if America is good.
