Essential tremors

One theory concerning essential tremor, like intentional tremors, suggests that your cerebellum and other parts of your brain or nervous system are not communicating correctly. Many factors and lifestyle choices can make these tremors worse or better, debilitating or manageable.

External

Today, autoimmune problems have reached pandemic proportions due to a variety of toxin in our environment and therefore our bodies.

Stress-induced tremors associated with essential tremor may be a side effect of a desynchronization[1] of the mind and body.

Stress can come from the environment outside of us including forms of toxins like chemicals, sounds, ideologies and even people.

Internal

Obviously Essential tremor symptoms can worsen with caffeine, fatigue, or high stress levels including emotional conflict.

A balanced and healthy diet can reduce stress on the body and nurture the mind including the nervous system.

High fat and low sugar and carbohydrate diet are often called for in producing the proper internal environment.

Essential minerals and Vitamins like D, B1, B6 and B12; Thiamine; Riboflavin; Benfotamine; Magnesium; etc. can all be valuable if there are deficiency in your body.

Regular exercise demanding a various activities and a practiced coordination demands may help nurture and strengthen the muscular and nervous system as well as produce healthy levels of hormones.

Physical Practices

Combining physical exercises,[2] breathing techniques, and meditation can be useful in resynchronization of the mind and body in the perpetuation of a purposeful life pursuits.

The quest for purpose is essential to the life of the mind and body and should be viewed and pursued with a noble, selfless, and virtuous approach.

Mental Practices

Few things are more disruptive to the synchronization of the process of life that hate and anger, judgement and fear, all of which are curtailed by forgiveness and faith.

The wisdom and foolishness found in the practices and history of societies and individuals is a resource through which products of darkness or enlightenment may be observed.

The discipline of doing

Besides the exercise of the diligent discipline of diet or self indulgence their is the mindful waiting and watching with patience verse the willful wantonness of pride.

Practice of the mind

Breathing: Slow steady breathing including deep breathing into your abdomen as the spirit leads you.(Breath/Spirit)

Visualization: Mindfulness includes thoughts of forgiveness and humble peace in your mental and the inner spring of your temporal temple(flesh/body).

Progressiveness: Meditate upon your muscles and flowing blood relaxing as your awareness is brought into focus with each of your breaths and exhaling slowly. (Watch/wait)

When the imagery and imagination of the mind interrupt this simple watching and waiting we may gently return to a place of calmness and surrender with humility and forgiveness, giving and receiving grace. (Forgive/forgiven)

Silence is recommended but combining some meditation exercises with harmonious music can assist with inducing a calming state. (Still/know)

Repeat: Repentance, which is thinking differently, is a process of retraining patterns of thought through practices.

  1. Desynchronization is the act of causing two things to happen at different times, or the state of things happening at unrelated times:
  2. Use of muscle may develop strength and coordination and can reduce tremors.
