Whosoever believeth: Difference between revisions

Do you believeth that Jesus is the Christ? Who do you know that you believeth and are not just under a strong delusion? Many will say they believe but He will and does not know them because they do not know Him and because they are workers of iniquity. So the question is Who believeth?

Many recite that they believe that Jesus was the Christ and the son of God but they need to understand what that means and then they will manifest that faith in the fruit of their actions. If Christ makes a difference when we receive Him we will act accordingly. Our true belief will compel our actions.

What would that belief look like. We are told in the context of His teachings and those of His disciples.

We know that it is written in 1 John 5 "Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?"

So there you have it that every one who believeth loveth him and that claim of loving God includes the keeping of His commandments. So anyone not keeping His commandments do not really believe nor do they love Him.^[1] So it should be abundantly clear that keeping the commandments is the evidence of our love and if we keep not the commandments then we know that our love is false and we have need of repentance because it "is the love of God, that we keep his commandments".

Today coveting your neighbors goods in a socialist state is legal. Everyone is encouraged by governments and their churches to take from one another through the process of voting in new taxes, more debt to obtain more benefits at the expense of your neighbor and children and grand children for generations to come.

Everyone wants free education, free healthcare, free protection and guaranteed Welfare from men who call themselves Benefactors but exercise authority directly opposite the instructions of Christ.

Everyone takes a bite out of one another^[2] in these Covetous Practices. So some rebel and flee and say we will not take the benefits nor pay into such a system because we believe not in the ways of covetousness. But do they believe in love? Do they believe in Jesus? Do they believe in the Blood of Jesus? Are they a part of the Body of Christ?

When Judas was on his way to betray Christ Jesus said to His apostles:

John 13:34 "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another."

This was not a new commandment because Moses had already said it but he was giving them an old commandment anew. He was a second witness to the nature of God so that you would know who really believed.

John 13:35 "By this shall all [men] know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another."

So do not tell me you believe but show me by your works.^[3]

Today the world has returned to the bondage of Egypt to the vanity of Rome along with its decadence and corruption. The day of judgment is upon us and we have need of repentance. So the answer to to the question Who believeth is not found in endless repetitions or False religion but in Pure Religion. It is found in the answer to the question do you love one another? Do you attend to the Weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith which include caring for the needs of our neighbors and the widows and orphans of our society through Pure Religion in matters of health, education, and welfare. We are NOT to provide for the needy of society through the Covetous Practices and the men who call themselves benefactors but who exercise authority one over the other like the socialists do.

The Way of Christ was like neither the way of the world of Rome nor the governments of the gentiles who depend on those fathers of the earth through force, fear and fealty who deliver the people back in bondage again like they were in Egypt. Christ's ministers and true Christians do not depend upon systems of social welfare that force the contributions of the people like the corban of the Pharisees which made the word of God to none effect. Many people have been deceived to go the way of Balaam and the Nicolaitan and out of The Way of Christ and have become workers of iniquity.

The Christian conflict with Rome in the first century Church appointed by Christ was because they would not apply to the fathers of the earth for their free bread but instead relied upon a voluntary network providing a daily ministration to the needy of society through Faith, Hope, and Charity by way of freewill offerings of the people, for the people, and by the people through the perfect law of liberty in Free Assemblies according to the ancient pattern of Tuns or Tens as He commanded.

The modern Christians are in need of repentance.

"Follow me!" —Jesus the Christ.

One of the most important things to do is to become involved in a network of Charitable Practices. Everyone should want to join a Living Network of Love and Charity.
