According to the Network Guidelines no one should use these network groups for soliciting, phishing, promoting a private or personal network by connecting with others, farming emails or promoting personal agenda contrary to the primary purpose of the network. No one should even be using these forums to build a personal network but everyone should be striving to "Freely and formally assemble with the nearest CORE group and it's Minister of Record in the patterns of Tens as commanded by Christ".
