Outline

What's this all about?
NOT "dieting" (not even "losing weight").
Benefit the most from the links
"Learn, and do"? No. Something more.
Make changes slowly.
There's a recommended prescribed, and orderly, progression.
What to expect.
Not what YOU want, WHEN you want it (necessarily).
Salt
You'll die without it (but it will kill you if you don't understand its properties, and its role in the body).
Teeth
Never another cavity???
Water
Nobody talks about this (like I talk about it).
"Coaching"?
Available upon request.

Notes (to be added to main page after fleshing out)

Gout

Issue caused by liver not getting what it needs, so not able to break down uric acid containing foods, called "purines" (shellfish, organ meats [brains, heart, liver, kidneys], and also legumes [peanuts, beans, peas, lintels, etc.])

Salt

The raw material to make stomach acid. The sodium chloride is raw material to make hydrochloric acid. Stomach acid needs to be in sufficient amounts, and BELOW a pH of 1 - otherwise stomach will not remain sterile. Only with pH of BELOW 1, can the stomach appropriately digest proteins, absorb minerals (like iron, B-12, etc.). Once pH is above 2-2.5 the stomach can't do that.

MS

Free radical damage to myelin (the insulation material to the white matter of the brain). See "Gluten Intolerance" (this page). (Note: Daily intake of 6-8 soft-scrambled eggs [dose per each 100/lb body weight] with real butter, or poached with a soft yolk, or soft-boiled with a soft yolk will help give the raw materials [principally, cholesterol] necessary to promote and support the repair and maintenance of the myelin sheath of brain nerves [synapse/communication pathways] at the damaged part of the brain.)

(Note 2: Egg regimen also applicable to/for ALS [Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis - "Lou Gerrickson's" disease], Huntington's disease, and Parkinson's disease.)

Gluten Intolerance

Intolerance to wheat, barley, rye, and oats (eliminate them all - and to be wholly gluten-free, everyone in the household [all the children and teachers at daycare, etc., must also be gluten-free due to cross-contamination of food-prep surfaces, sitting together in closer proximity, hugging, etc.). Gluten Intolerance can also manifest as any one or more of the following: asthma, bronchitis, eczema, psoriasis, etc., and is due to malabsorption of very specific nutrients... and passes through generations on the mother's side of the family.) These specific nutrients are difficult to absorb when having intestinal damage caused by a contact enteritis caused by a gluten intolerance. (Think of "contact enter-itis" like you would use the word "contact dermat-itis" in the case of poison ivy. The difference being the "enter" is describing a similar "itis" of the skin, but it's in the intestines.)
