Notes (to be added to main page once fully fleshed out)

Diabetes

Know since the '50s is due to a chromium and vanadium deficiency.

Free Radicals

What is
What does
How/why does

Gluten Intolerance

Intolerance to wheat, barley, oats, quinoa, and rye (eliminate them all). To be wholly gluten-free, everyone in the household, as well as all the children and teachers at daycare, etc., must also be gluten-free. This is a must due to cross-contamination of food-prep surfaces, sitting together in closer proximity, hugging, etc.. Gluten Intolerance can also manifest as one or more of the following: asthma, bronchitis, cardiovascular disease (CVD begins in the intestines), eczema, psoriasis, etc., and is due to malabsorption of very specific nutrients. Gluten intolerance passes to each successive generation only down through the mother's side of the family.) These specific nutrients are difficult to absorb when having intestinal damage caused by a contact enteritis caused by gluten intolerance. (Think of "contact enter-itis" like you would use the word "contact dermat-itis" in the case of poison ivy. The difference being the "enter" is describing the similar "itis" of the skin, but it's in the intestines.) Once absorption drops below 3%, virtually all nutrients (whether from food or supplements) go into the toilet.

Gout

Issue caused by liver not getting what it needs, so not able to break down uric acid containing foods, called "purines" (shellfish, organ meats [brains, heart, liver, kidneys], and also legumes [peanuts, beans, peas, lintels, etc.])

Hemorrhoids

Caused by a simple mineral deficiency. Aneurysms, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, and white, silver, and/or salt-and-pepper hair are caused by a deficiency of the same nutrient.

Kidneys

Kidney failure has nothing to do with kidneys that have failed. It's the blood vessels (up to around 10,000 times smaller than the diameter of hair) - carrying dirty blood into the filtering unit (kidney) - that are plugged. It's easy to get someone off dialysis - dilate the vessels plugged with dirty blood so they flow into the filtering unit again, and the kidney will automatically wake up out of its stupor and resume normal function.
(Note 1: The clogged blood vessels carrying dirty blood to the kidneys are ALSO CARRYING DIRTY BLOOD TO THE BRAIN [dementia], EYES [glaucoma], HEART [coronary artery disease], ETC., because the blood vessels don't get obstructed in only a single place.)

MS

Free radical damage to myelin (the insulation material to the white matter of the brain). See "Gluten Intolerance" (this page).
(Note 1: Daily intake of 3-4 soft-scrambled eggs [dose per each 100/lb body weight] with real butter, or poached with a soft yolk, or soft-boiled with a soft yolk will help give the raw materials [principally, cholesterol] necessary to promote and support the repair and maintenance of the myelin sheath of brain nerves [synapse/communication pathways] at the damaged part of the brain.)
(Note 2: Egg regimen also applicable to/for other diseases of the same class of diseases as MS: ALS [Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis - "Lou Gehrig's" disease], Dementia, Huntington's disease, and Parkinson's disease - because they'll all about chemical deficiency problems - and it's possible to have at least one of these others IN ADDITION TO THE MS. The only attributable difference between them is what part of the brain is more severely afflicted
(Note 3: "Plaque" needs to be addressed in addition with MS, because MS includes an inflammatory issue.)

Oils

Salt

The raw material to make stomach acid. The chloride is raw material to make hydrochloric acid. Stomach acid needs to be in sufficient amounts, and preferably BELOW a pH of 1 - otherwise stomach will not remain sterile. Only with pH of BELOW 1, can the stomach appropriately digest protein and every kind of food, and absorb minerals (like iron, B-12, etc.) and every other nutrient. Once pH is above 2-2.5 the stomach can't do that.

Trans Fats

Heated oils, and even oils at room temperature (any/all kinds [and, yes, even [the supposed "good" ones] avocado, coconut, olive, etc.) and food stuffs containing oils (like, mayonnaise, etc.) oxidize, turn into trans fats, heterocyclic amines, and acrylamides; and cause plaque in the arteries.

Outline

What's this all about?
NOT "dieting" (not even "losing weight").
Benefit the most from the links
"Learn, and do"? No. Something more.
Make changes slowly.
There's a recommended prescribed, and orderly, progression.
What to expect.
Not what YOU want, WHEN you want it (necessarily).
Salt
You'll die without it (but it will kill you if you don't understand its properties, and its role in the body).
Teeth
Never another cavity???
Water
Nobody talks about this (like I talk about it).
"Coaching"?
Available upon request.
