Intolerance to wheat, barley, rye, and oats (eliminate them) results in asthma, bronchitis, eczema, psoriasis, etc., due to malabsorption to very specific nutrients... and passes through generations.) These specific nutrients are difficult to absorb when having intestinal damage caused by a contact enteritis caused by a gluten intolerance. (Think of "contact enter-itis" like you would use the word "contact dermat-itis" in the case of poison ivy. The difference being the "enter" is describing a similar "itis" of the skin, but it's in the intestines.)

Issue caused by liver not getting what it needs, so not able to break down uric acid containing foods, called "purines" (shellfish, organ meats [brains, heart, liver, kidneys], and also legumes [peanuts, beans, peas, lintels, etc.])
