There's a recommended prescribed, and orderly, progression.
What to expect.
Not what YOU want, WHEN you want it (necessarily).
Salt
You'll die without it (but it will kill you if you don't understand its properties, and its role in the body).
Teeth
Never another cavity???
Water
Nobody talks about this (like I talk about it).
"Coaching"?

Salt

The raw material to make stomach acid. The sodium chloride is raw material to make hydrochloric acid. Stomach acid needs to be in sufficient amounts, and BELOW a pH of 1 - otherwise stomach will not remain sterile.
