PCMs for the Caribbean Region

Until numbers become so crowded that we need to divide groups into smaller regions, anyone scattered out over the Caribbean Islands should strongly consider signing onto the "Southern America Region" (https://preparingyou.com/wiki/Southern_America - which covers Mexico, and Central and Sough Americas). Until there are more people, these smaller groups will only tend to isolate the people.
