This an old video. The content he discusses traces back to his time as a chaplain on the Trans-Alaska Pipeline in the 1970s (he arrived in Alaska in 1971), but the informing began in 1976 and his book The Energy Non-Crisis was published in 1980. The video goes on to say (1:09:) in Chapter 12: Closing thoughts on liberty

But Bush and the others in Washington know it would collapse our economy if they did it. And they cannot tell you the truth."

I saw all this when it was it was originally made. My natural Father was teaching me about the Bushes when I was 7 or 8 and playing with George Bush junior on the King ranch in Texas and my heavenly Father has taught me much more.
