Summary of Nahum Chapter 2

The whoredom with the strange woman was a form of whoredom. The witchcraft was associated with what was called sorcery which was associated with the metaphor of something the deceptive and seductive that was in turn associated with of idolatry or in the New Testament Whitchcraft.

God will expose the face behind the curtain/skirt "and I will shew the nations thy nakedness the lack of authority and the shame of their kingdoms thy shame. What was once great will be "laid waste" and will not find the "comforters".
