We have become Aid Addicts. We need or think we need the assistance of the public, self proclaimed Benefactors of the World and those Fathers of the earth. As we continue with an appetite for benefits and the habit of receiving them by way of a rule of force grow accustomed to feed at the expense of others and to depend for our livelihood on the property of others we institute the rule of violenceand degenerate again into perfect savages.[1] The reverse of such covetous practices is charity and sacrifice.
There are steps that you can take within congregations of the people that will help all within a larger community come closer to the ways of the kingdom and draw us nearer to Christ and His Holy Spirit.
