Gregory Williams This is a gross injustice but it was a long time in the making. I have watched, written about and helped people in courts since the 1960'. The problem goes much deeper than can be explained on Facebook. Yes, the courts fail to attend to what Christ called the "weightier matters of law, judgment, mercy, and faith". But the reason they are failing is because we as the people have failed to do the same.

This case is not rare nor isolated. I have seen it hundreds of times over the last 50 years. Often the parent ends up bankrupt with thousands of dollars in tax dollars funding the opposing side.

Over the years the system has drastically been altered. Those who now see these abuses that are far more common than you think.

You want to do something. Great! But we are failing to see the whole picture or how deep the problem goes and therefore cannot see real solutions.

The vast number of these cases never see the light of day. Gag orders, distracted or incompetent press keep you from eveSiobhan Ball is an archivist and historian turned writer. You can see her other nonsense here: https://siobhanball.contently.com/r seeing or hearing the cries of the people who suffer under the power of the state agencies and the courts. Everyone I have seen this happen to thought it could not happen to them until it did.

We cannot wait until we find ourselves in the same situation as Christine.

We need to "think differently" and take the time to find out what is going on and seek a practical and comprehensive approach.

As I said I have been dealing with this kind of abuse of power for decades The solution is to do what other societies in history did when facing the same corruption of power.

wolf deniers Having said that, I would never advocate for letting voters dictate wildlife management. Best to leave that to the experts, those who study wildlife and have long-term trend data to back up that management.

Wildlife management "experts" don't get to be "dictators" over the lives of the people. There are consequences for their choices. They have to make their case to the people or they and the people who hire them will suffer the consequences in the voting booth or the courts or both. Besides experts often radically disagree even when looking at the same data.. You only become a real expert when you have a lot of practice and experience admitting you were wrong.
