Breeches

• “And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs they shall reach:” Exodus 28:42

Do you really think that this command in Exodus 28:42 has anything to do with making underwear for your local government official.

The clothing of the nakedness of the Levites was a covering not underwear. They cannot prove they are ministers with out your testimony and you cannot prove your liberty in Christ without their chain of testimony.

Also the ministers do not go up by steps like a pyramid going higher over the other because they have no authority. They go up by service.

• “Neither shalt thou go up by steps unto mine altar, that thy nakedness be not discovered thereon.” Exodus 20:26

The public office of the world are offices of power but the public office of Christ are ones of service. Those who do not want to serve with virtue need to find another line of work. For those who do want to serve they need to work at it, seek it , do it... Of course this is no easy lesson to learn and it may take some time, much patience and much love and forgiveness...
