Cruelty

Cruelty is the callous indifference to or pleasure in causing pain and suffering. It is "mistreatment or neglect that causes pain and suffering compare abuse. Being cruel is not right according to the Bible which is why we should not have leaven in our nation or only offer unleavened bread. This is because leaven in Hebrew can mean cruel or cruelty.

Other quotes are said to be about cruelty to animals and of course we should not be cruel to animals but the quotes are more about our own hearts and minds.
