Constitutions are usually a list of the terms by which Governments may govern.
Even the Bible warned the people as to what they need to put in a constitution when creating of offices of government like a president, prime minister, or any ruler they said "he shall read therein all the days of his(or her) life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:"[1]
"Thou knowest the commandments... Do not bear false witness, Defraud not..." Mark 10:19
