Peter

Simon Peter, Simeon, or Simōn, according to the New Testament, was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ, leaders of the early Christian Church. He is also the "Apostle of the Apostles", an honor 3rd-century theologian Hippolytus of Rome gave him. James was probably the head of the Church at first until he was murdered in Jerusalem. The head of the Church held that position because they were the bet servant of servants. It was not a position that exercised authority or dictated doctrine.

The Church was a different form of government that operated by the perfect law of liberty and the apostles provided a daily ministration through a network of ministers who operated a system of charity that was the corban that made the word of God to effect and the prayers of the Christians heard because it was based on righteousness instead of force as John the Baptist taught from the beginning.
