Burning Bush Festival The Event
This is a camping event. Feast of tabernacle was an event to keep people connected all across the nation and helped insure everyone knew how to camp. The famous loaves and fishes story was probably just such an event.
There are places to set up tents, have camp fire and we can make a barbeque available.
There is parking for motor homes and trailers without hook ups here and down at Ana Lake.
And there is the Ana Reservoir RV Park across the road.
Area and maps

It is in the same area as the White Rock Gathering which takes place in the spring.

Food
We have a community kitchen but people are expected to work together to prepare food. They should contribute by bringing food by contacting the kitchen staff.
We usually prepare one good meal and work out something for the evening.
Breakfast is more a sharing event.
We do not need apples this year.
Weather
At this time of year, the weather can be changeable. It could be warm and sunny, but equally could be cold. Night temperatures could be in the high 30s ot 40's so come prepared for all conditions. We are at 4,500ft so if sunny, the sun can be hot, bring a hat.
It ys high desert country and there could be bugs, like mosquitos.
