Britannica Dictionary definition of ART. Is "something that is created with imagination and skill and that is beautiful or that expresses important ideas or feelings."
The La Pietà, a marble sculpture by Michelangelo, is art. He carved it when he was 23. It is art because it is an expression of the nobility of the soul and the individual's willingness to sacrifice self for others.
The Olympic depiction of the ‘Last Supper’ or "Greek gods", in either case, as a visual scene was not art but a celebration of the selfishness of narcissism, self-indulgence, and depravity.
