Notes:
- There is nothing legalistic about a minister attending the Minister Call.
- Call attendance is only one possible way a minister is staying connected with other ministers (being plugged into the larger body).
- It is every bit as important that congregants hold their ministers accountable as it is for ministers to maintain relationships with each other.
- The call attendance graph is simply a tool that offers a superficial indication of a minister's connection to the larger body. If your minister does not attend the call regularly, touch base with him or her to verify that they are still maintaining a strong connection with the larger body.

Ranking participation
If individuals who claim to be ministers do not participate in the desire to know the other ministers then they are not really sitting down in "ranks" of 50 and 100 as Christ commanded His disciples to do.
"Rank" is from πρασιά prasia meaning plots, ranks or divisions. Congregations are symposia or small companies. They are not "ranks" unless the ministers connect their congregations with other congregations
Everything must be voluntary but recognition is also a voluntary choice of the overseers and fellow ministers.
Recognition is based on what we are seeing of the works of our fellow ministers.
It is based on participation in one form or another.
- Are you active in the congregation you serve and in your congregation of ministers and the Church as a whole?
- Are they connecting their congregation with other congregations or isolating their congregations???
- Are they isolating themselves from other ministers?
- Are they working out differences or imposing or projecting expectation in other ministers.
We do not have the right to regulate one another but if we are to be in "one accord" we will be expected to sit down together, openly share our thoughts,... we should be able to speak our minds and free to disagree or agree openly.
What we do and what we choose to not do is our "works".
- Everyone can see these emails. They are a part *of the record of participation.
- There are lots of things to do and letting us know what we are doing.
- Helping maintain the websites,
- Adding substantial material or just making things work is evidence of works.
- Adding more congregants to your local groups.
- Talking with others whole contact and letting us know how that is going.
- Checking on one another and letting us know the results of conversations on church matters.
- If a minister is not participating with other ministers we need to check on their congregation.
- Keeping us as a group informed about the life in your congregation and sometimes the problem is participation in the ranks.
- You can tell us what is going on in your local congregation. If you add the word "Report" with a designation like "HCSL" in the subject line we can add it to your annual reports.
Like the call attendance page what you do or do not do becomes a part of your testimony of participation in the tens and the quest for the kingdom. If you cannot always make the call or have a representative in attendance for you then we would like to see other forms of participation to make up the difference.
If we see a pattern of unwillingness to participate in the pattern of 10, 50, 100 commanded by Christ and followed by the early Church our recognition of an individual as a participating and active minister of the Church falls into question and may be withdrawn.
