Leagues
The word commonly translated league[1] is also translated covenant 264 times but only league 17. It is also translated confederacy and confederate. It is basically defined as a covenant, alliance, pledge between men by treaty, alliance, or Contracts, Covenants and Constitutions giving men the power to make statutes and ordinances establishing crimes in civil law.
