The people people of Oregon have allowed Article 2, Section 22 of the Constitution to be flaunted and violated by 75% of those elected to office in the state. The apathy and ignorance of the people who have allowed thi pervasive criminal corruption and abuse of the law ands its own constitution makes the term "Citizen of Oregon" a bit of a pathetic an anathema. ]]
