False prophets may leave out some of the truth with complex drawings and charts as a distraction leading the people from the true message of Christ and the simplicity of the Way of Pure Religion.

False prophets

In religion, a false prophet[1], according to some is one who falsely claims the gift of prophecy or divine inspiration, or who uses that gift for evil ends.

Matthew 7:15 Beware of false prophets <5578>, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

Teachers and minister who eek to get something from the congregations of the people rather than give something may be ravening wolves. They may not merely be desiring money and financial security but emotional justification and even what could be called adoration.

Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets <5578> shall rise, and shall deceive many.

These false teachers and prophets may not be the exception but the rule, especially in a time of a strong delusion where people become entangled in a yoke of bondage. When people m=become merchandise because of their covetous practices that curse children and make them a surety for debt you know the false prophets are many.

Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets <5578>, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

They may do many good works and fool people by their righteousness but they will not preach the gospel of the kingdom but justify biting one another through praying or applying to men who call themselves benefactors but are workers of iniquity because they exercise authority one over the other.

Mark 13:22 For false Christs and false prophets <5578> shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

Their religion will be full of great swelling words offered in soft tones but they will actually be deceiving the whole world who will follow after the Corban of the Pharisees making the word of God to none effect.

Luke 6:26 Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets <5578>.

Men will seem good and do good thinks. They will say the Apostles were righteous men and Christ was God but they will find reasons to not do what he said to do and keep you from doing what the early Church did by their vain teachings.

Acts 13:6 And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer[2], a false prophet <5578>, a Jew, whose name was Barjesus:

2 Peter 2:1 But there were false prophets <5578> also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction.
1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets <5578> are gone out into the world.
Revelation 16:13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet <5578>.
Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet <5578> that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet <5578> are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Angels of light

Many talk about angels or beings of light. Who are the good and who is evil. People today often talk about their truth rather than their opinion, their perception, or even their belief. But what is the truth?

Patrick Henry stated he was "willing to know the whole truth".[3]

Can any truth be the truth if it is not the "whole truth"?

Is not the definition is a lie little more than the incomplete truth. In the beginning of the Adamic story we cut ourselves off from the tree of life by using the tree of knowledge as the source of our understanding.

We can be deceived because we have been cut off from the light of the creator to the point that we even hate or fear the light. There have been many since that time we fled the garden and the tree of life who pretend to be that light. Just as their are false Christs[4] there are false religions and there will be false beings of light.

They will have truths but not the whole truth. We are to know them by their fruits but those fruits may also be false, or even poison.

2 Corinthians 11:14 "And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light."

We should remember the instructions of the Christ about what to seek and what draws us near to the light of Christ.

We should desire to abide in Christ [5] which is to abide in the anointing of Christ.

God the Creator gave us dominion which is called the kingdom of God. We are suppose to seek that kingdom of God in Jesus original instructions. But we are not just to seek that kingdom of God but also the righteousness of God.

What is the truth about that righteousness. Many think they are righteous but are not. Thinking they are righteous is a part of their truth but not a part of the whole truth.

In Patrick Henry's speech about "a great and arduous struggle for liberty", that some of us will be "apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth". This has become too common today with censorship and cancel culture. Those are they who "having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not".[3]

Jesus talk about the same phenomena of failing to see and hear.[6]

All the doctrine of Jesus begins with repent. Repentance is thinking differently but hoe do we know how to do that without the word of God or Logos of Christ written on our heart and our mind?

  3. 3.0 3.1 "Mr. President, it is natural to man to indulge in the illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of that siren till she transforms us into beasts. Is this the part of wise men, engaged in a great and arduous struggle for liberty? Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and, having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it." Patrick Henry March 23, 1775.

Galatians 2:4 "And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: 5. To whom we gave place by subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you."
2 Peter 2:1 "But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction."

2 Peter 3: 16. "Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. 17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know [these things] before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness."
  5. Abide in the light
John 12:45-46 “‭45 And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me. ‭46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.”

John 15:4-11 “‭4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. ‭5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. {without me: or, severed from me} ‭6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. ‭7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. “‭8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. ‭9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. ‭10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. ‭11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.”

John 12:38 "That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? 39 Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, 40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with [their] eyes, nor understand with [their] heart, and be converted, and I should heal them."
